Isn't touching 10' off SVJ a 30'' PR tie?

Surprised i can do 5 deep unassisted pistols at current detrained state , nice!
Injury is gone, strength imbalance is back. After all this left quad story, it is still so much stronger than the right.

You already know but:
1) You need to eat quantities, a 'normal' plate of 200g steak and a bowl of rice are ~600-700 kcals. It's a long way to 2.5-3K.
2) You can't expect results in 1 week. If it was so easy, we would all be carrying kf's quadzillas!
;D

Wonder if there is a way to add 2" thickness to my legs and what that would do for my lifts. If only there was a way.

In a bowl:
6 boiled XL, eggs, mashed ( remove some yolks based on your cholesterol levels/diet balance, i remove 4 ).
2-3 slices of bread ( preferably whole grain ), chopped in little pieces.
200g of white cheese ( preferably lowfat ), chopped in little cubes.
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, raw
2-3 tablespoons of lemon
oregano, black pepper

Mix with a fork and then enjoy!

Easy, fast, delicious and very nutritious 8)

There are people much more knowledgeable than me in here, but imho your current ( heavier ) FS is better for your training. Yes, it is not as deep as the old one, but it is still well below parallel. I am not sure that lowering the weight  to reach an olympic depth squat will contribute positively to your training, unless it is olympic squats that you are training for.

Just a couple of cents, plus a link with a good relevant read : http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/squatdepth.html

Basketball / Re: A WHOLE BUNCH OF DUNKS AND SHIT.

Awesome find, unbelievable!
I will go with legit, given on how she looks proportional to the rim and the heels maximum elevation. Vid is bad, the rim could be a couple of inches shorter and maybe she is a couple of inches taller than the 5'11' registered, but overall i would call what i see a legit 10' dunk, respect!
Agree about the too much hype about Griner dunking, no disrespect at all (on the contrary ) but she does have a 7'4'' wingspan and a 9'2'' standing reach. She can dunk with ~15'' vert.

Went at the park, shot around for ~45 minutes and then did some ME jumping.
Jumps were slow, clumsy, uncoordinated and low. SVJ = 26'' , Dropstep = 28'' , RVJ = 29'.
