What muscles get sore after such an workout? Usually my quads get destroyed and MY ABS get torched by sprinting/running. And some calf/tibialis anterior soreness.

A depth jump is VERY quad and calf dominant vs the SVJ which is kinda quad and hip dominant. A broad jump is hip dominant and consecutive broad jumps are pretty much calf and hip dominant.
Considering these things you can make a good idea at what you're lacking.

Because I was 4-5 and my mom didn't have a job and if he were to stay there for a 1 or so we would be in trouble. He didn't apply for asilum and he blamed himself all his life for that wasted opportunity.
So now he divorced and moved to Canada (married a former teenage girlfriend to get there). And because of that, it's been HELL in my family ever since ~2005.

Swiss. I almost moved there with my entire family when I was 5. I'd probably be living a state of life 423842357457345353 better than right now (back then it was communist Romania and my dad could've requested a political asilum in Swiss).
