didn't work out yesterday because (1) it was 115 degrees outside, 46 to you non-americans, and (2) gf left for three weeks in the UK last night and frankly working out seemed like not the best use of time. we hung out by the pool at the australian embassy instead, and what exercise i got was of this variety (that's me and gf in the foreground):

pools are fun.

2017: warriors by 22 in game 1, 21 in game 2

cavs won last year, in case people forgot. not saying that'll happen again, just saying let's not get ahead of ourselves.

how much warming up do you do before jumps? strikes me that you are maybe shortchanging yourself by not doing enough to get loose and bouncy before you start going for ME jumps. when i was jumping my highest it was after working up a sweat doing lots of layups, i.e. submax jumps.

i have a tub of fresh hot salsa & blue corn chips ready.

i am going to destroy a large quantity of blue corn chips when i get back to the states in ~3 weeks. destroy. lay waste. annihilate. do what KD did to the rim tonight when cleveland forgot to play defense against him. massacre. conduct a vicious genocide.

there will be no more blue corn chips in california, texas, maryland, dc, or north carolina by the time i head back to paksitan.

i did not know how much i missed them until this moment.

well, off to the same start as last year. total annihilation. woke up at 5:30 to go watch the game at a buddy's house.

got my best-ever handstand on a rest break during pirouettes. solid form, three seconds of very stable hold at the top. yes. progress on everything else, too. pirouettes still a bit ugly but the first two sets were solid. here is the third set, with less-stuck landings.

if your goal is to get below 15%, what are you waiting for re: dieting? what's your diet plan?

It's so time consuming and expensive to diet and get enough nutrition/protein tbh..... you have to make everything yourself: salads, oatmeal, chicken breast, and all that whole foods store stuff..... but i'm about to start

it helps to prepare stuff yourself, yeah, but you don't have to spend lots of money. if you're getting enough protein and veggies and few enough calories you're fine. making food in bulk helps: like make 5 pounds of pulled chicken and a ton of non-lettuce salad at the beginning of the week (bean salad, caroline-style cole slaw i.e. no mayo, red cabbage and orange salad) and just eat it until it's gone. there's a recipe thread on here with some good ideas.

or you can just eat out, but it's harder to do portion control and it's more expensive.
