Just saw this and thought you might like it. Pretty sick... especially as it has two of my favourite poems in it. Really makes you wanna go out for a run and I have to admit that it takes a lot for me to want to do this. haha might do it this week as the weather has been really nice lately... definitely gonna embarrass myself.  :uhhhfacepalm:

A ketogenic diet is high in fat moderate in protein and very low carbs.

My coach when I did a bit of track and field as a kid used to tell us that a general rule of thumb is to take 1 min rest for every 10m ME sprint you do... so 10min for a 100m seems reasonable to me.
