Yea i usually do that because dont have time to go home and eat again.You don't need to eat many times, small portions. That is wrong. You just need to eat a lot.I read from Vertical Jump Bible whos author is Kelly bagget. He said atleast 5 times a day.
That's one way to do it, people have been gaining on lots of little meals forever. You could also eat a couple of really gigantic meals and then not eat the rest of the day. Or eat three normal meals and snack a bit in between.
Overall calorie intake is what matters.

Yeah thats my problem . Ive read that u need to eat many times and small portions but if i go to the gym then i have to stay there because i am there on my own and if i leave then it will be closed. So i usually eat 11:30 AM then i go home i eat there and then i go to practice for 5-6 hours and then i eat and then i have to eat big portions.
