Interesting video, lol.

That guy makes sense, referring to picking, that it is happening in a lot of religion, people just picking what they like and stay away from what they don't like.

also people making up their own rules in religion 'Innovation' very big in a lot of religions today, now they have a new modern concept in religon
'Practicing and non practicing' this makes me laugh because if you are a non practicing person then basically you are not following the religion because you don't practice it and they say i will wait till i get old ya da ya da then i will be devout lol but now ... 'excuses'.

I went to that site gotquestions.org, i was searching up a trinity, which in my opinion is; christians misinterpretation of three god's in one, when if they studied it carefully they would find it be wrong, the gotquestions people they have not studied it carefully just relating what they have learnt and teaching that according to their understanding, i have read a lot on this, about people's thought and none of them can clearly understand and explain the trinity, but make assumption's according to theories they developed from reading certain passages in the bible, just like evolution it's not a fact, as they have not observed it happening, but a theory they came up with according to evidences, which they use to support their theory ... but that's a whole different story.

e.g.
Quote
While the word “trinity” is not found in the Scriptures

and they use the same excuses i have heard a million time's, elohim is the plural of one singular eloh, lol, so from this they conclude trinity.

Yeah

I liked the way he talked when he was a commentator, i don't know, its just his voice, it was different the way the others spoke, made me laugh when he would criticize or comment on a boxer.

Comment:
No lockers available, so i had to make my way into the changing rooms  :ninja:, make sure no one chaning, empty  :trolldance: (just had to use this), put my stuff in the locker and i was out. I had a plan on how i could achieve the 20 rep squats, i will be starting at 85-90% rm squats with 6 reps and i knew if i reduced the weight it would be a bit easier, but not easier as i thought, started the 20 reps i had to go fast to get it over with before i struggle and fail, so got to 10, i also look on the mirror to make sure the bar reaches a certain point that i am satisfied with, up to 15, tired and aching, had to struggle for the last 5 reps and finished.  :wowthatwasnutswtf: :headbang:. 20 Rep Squad  8)  I was very tired after but was happy, I even used the same technique for the calf raises, but the calf raises was more of a struggle as it is more hard to cheat on you go up and down, when i got to 15, i couldn't get high much but had to put all my effort and the last one put everything i got and put it in and achieved my 20 reps. Not as tiring but brutal.  :headbang:.
When i unload the weight i do a small upright rows with the plates, just to get in a little sneaky workout,  :ninja:.

Overall workout went great, the good thing is that when at 40kg i was at an average struggle and suprisingly with 50kg it was the same i expected more struggle, but it was good and only 2 sets can help maintain my motivation.

Workout Rating: 8/10

Push up sprints- Do 5 explosive push ups and launch

Donkey sprints- kick and launch

arrested on ground sprint- get up and launch

They are not that innovative exercises, they are more like a different style of reaction exercises from different positions.

2947
Wow Ive never thought of that, and i've thought of some crazy plyos. I don't think the latter exercise you described would be very effective. The forces experienced during a maximal sprint would probably be greater. Also it would be nearly impossible and wasteful energetically to land in a sprint position, especially since you are going to be practising a start rather than a flying sprint, where you need to be a lot lower to the ground. Landing vertically on one leg just won't allow that.

Just stick to double legged depth jumps. I usually use a double depth jump, meaning I add in another jump after I land from the first depth jump immediately. so it's a depth jump + pogo jump. Also make sure you have a program design and aren't just doing this out of the blue.

You could try a horizontal single legged depth jump which will hit the hips more than the knees. It's basically a skip for height where the penultimate leg is the same leg you skip with. It's safe, and fun.

So not a good exercise, the closest is the one legged depth jump as you describe basically a high knee ship. I'm not going to do this as i have to first tackle my squts before i can start any plyometrics, they give me shin pains.

thanks

AlexV was wrong. The name is "Kansas Method". You can now safely do the routine.

lol

@raptor: I'm talking generally, i don't need any exercises of yet as i have a lot to do in the gym, in terms of how effective the exercise would be.

@LBSS: i'm not going to do the exercise, the question is will it work or is there other factors, which make it useless.

any one else know any new exercise methods that are not on the web, they made up or ideas.

Hi

I was wondering about the depth jump, you stand on a box, you come off and with less time spent on the ground you shoot up as high as you can, this will help develop leg stiffness and shock absorption or increase shock absorption from the shock the leg goes through sprint cycle or something link this.

How about 1 legged depth jumps or and i say OR

using the 1 legged depth jump but instead of jumping up, you land and as soon as you land push the ground behind you i.e. in a sprint when your lead leg lands under the hips and pushes back that's the part this would train?

would this work?

Hi

If you are finding it difficult to make them transparent, maybe not. But here is a suggestion to help quicken the procedure.

Download GIFworks

Quote
1. Click on File then select File Open...

2. The next screen will offer 2 methods to upload your image.
Method #1 allows to upload the URL of you're image you are hosting with an image host like Photobucket or Image Shack.
Method #2 offers you to upload an image from your computer (this is the option I use)

3. You've uploaded your graphic from your computer and you will see you image, you will clearly see the white background I've used arrows to pinpoint the background for you.

4. Goto Edit from the File Menu and select Add Transparency
http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g177/wiz-bits/tripod3.gif

Another window should appear with your image, if it doesn't then a pop-up blocker may be working to stop the window from showing, allow pop-ups from the tripod or temperary allow pop-ups from the site. Once the window has loaded it will look like this...

You will see a hand icon pointer when you move the mouse, click on a white bit of area. You're window will then close and you will see the main window again with your image 'without' the white background now.

Right-Click on the image and select Save Picture As...

That should get rid of the white background i hope.

peace

Decided to track my protein, fat, carb in take for the day and came as below.

Total:
  Protein: 66.69
  Carbs: 182.5
  Fat: 97.96

Required:
  Protein (1.2-1.7xbw(kg)): 75-107
  Fat (1g x bw(kg)): 63
  Carbs(6-8xbw(kg)): 360-480

Result:
  Protein: -40.41
  Fat: +34.96
  Carbs: -297.5

Looking at the above results i can see i have gained nothing but fat.
I need to eat more nuts, whole bread, more fruits with every meal and see how it goes from there.

I should remember to buy banana's and yam, i think i can use cassava instead of yam, it might be better alternative

Of course, i wouldn't believe he was on drugs.
if he was then ... that might explain his ability to maintain speed so well; loses very little speed and has excellent endurance
PED's (i don't know which one) increase red blood cell counts and helps endurance runners.

but to say everyone at the 100m final will be on drugs lol  :headbang: that is just hard to believe, except for gatlin, he has previous history of PED usage.
but then i guess the playing field is equal now in terms of the finalist's
lol
