1up'd.

Also, if Koklyaev does it, it is a legit training technique. Also, that's not an appeal to authority, because Koklyaev said it isn't an appeal to authority..

give these guys the biggest idiot award

Edit: i should'nt be like that..maybe they should be squatting with that special thing joe defranco uses

i only watched the first video, episode one, but it seemed to me the trainers knew what they were doing...or atleast had a plan that had doing the right stuff in it, instead of a track coach saying to do stadium steps all day or some shit

building a vertec? you should just bought a one and added a box...the one we use for FB was nice and clean....someone just left it outside and mos of the little bars are missing now....it just outside the field...an F'n shame if you ask me....when we throw as wideouts after practice we grabbed it and stood it up to see what our verticals where..i got the top....

if i was sneaky and they leave it there i'll steal it...but idk, they might as well throw it away, they don't use it and it only goes up to 10ft

edit: show some pics when you get the thing to work...it will be cool to have a pretty accurate number of you vertical now

Well, that's definitely gross and I'm pretty sure everyone knows that McDonald's meat/buns/everything is fake. I don't know.. I still would eat some McDonald's burgers if I'm like really hungry and I have like 3$ in my pocket or something.

i'd rather eat at whitecastle..at least you know it's gonna be out of you in like 10min hehe

quick question...if i do my whole dynamic warm up, takes me 30min and that's if i don't stop and hustle..........should i try to do this more often? i mean when i start doing it, i am more flexible than anyone at my school even..super flexibility when i get this dynamic warm up rolling....but time is a killer, so i do a shortened version..just go find a wall, do leg kicks, but kicks, side kicks...and almost eveything else you can think of

his hand was above the box......anyone else see that? or did he get higher?.....that actually makes me feel beter, all i need is ~8 more inches and i'll be doing that...jk lol...

Program Review / Re: Cannonball coordination drill
« on: September 06, 2010, 03:16:07 pm »
Hey guys, theres this erm, i would say program, which can improve your performance based on coordination, here it is.
http://cannonballcoordinationdrill.com/index.html

It sounds pretty good, but too pricey.

and also Check out his vid on basketball shooting . I think the part on using more arms as you go back further in distance is wrong.
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CB7fgQ5ElA" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CB7fgQ5ElA</a>

What do ya guys think about the program and the basketball vid(for those basketball players out there).
thanks

prolly a rip off if it's that pricey though....imo...there is prolly a better piece of equipment that is sold for way less of a price

i was just talking about the race homie

i run 23second 200m btw

and it IS a slow race compared to 400m so i don't like it...when i ran it, i thought the pace was boring and not interesting(that's what i meant, boring pace when i ran it..and won it 2)
