lamb, chicken. But you are right that Beef is the better one of course and chicken is the cheaper, all of the undigestable rubbish is just rubbish
that's what they say about raw egg. it might be best if you don't listen to everything on the internet hard to distinguish right from wrong.

I will try and do heavy set first then go down the weight so as to make it eaiser to do more reps and therefore easy progress,
i hope. something like:

3-4 x 3-5 reps heavy weight
2 x 8-10 reps medium weight

Mayweather just tweeted this morning that he has almost completed and closed a deal with devon alexander being the front runner for the fight which will be a unification bout.

Devon alexander was terrible in his previous fight. that is not a good fight and he brings it up now, giving the opponent less time to prepare, typical of mayweather and his ways to find opponenet he can defeat by taking advantage of his popularity and he is the one who makes the decision.

what a shame, i hope they reject and give it the right of kell brooks to fight him as they have signed a contract.

How are you able to progress in your squats. what strategies do you use.

progressive resistance with more emphasis the backoff sets than the top set, low rep/high sets + caloric excess + lots of sleep.


So what you are saying that emphasizing more on the backoff set, which i'm not sure what you mean, is it lifting less then heavy weight at  medium to average number of reps, which is after the high weight low reps high sets.

e.g.

squat 4-5 x 3-5 reps at 80-90% of 1RM
squat 2-3 x 8-12 reps at 70-80% of 1RM

as well as caloric excess, meaning eat a lot?
lots of sleep, which i try and always equal to 7hrs sleep unless on friday when i have to wake up early to go to gym get 5hrs sleep which is preceded with a lesson at 9am all they way till 5pm if i remember correctly.

thanks , i will try this makes sense as well, if i am correct what i said above.

I just came across a video about groundhog day and decided to find out what it was about and there was short summary, that they trust a rodent
to predict the weather i.e. predict when sprint will come.

I don't know i keep getting dreams of floyd mayweather being a leader part of a gang and they want to dominate people or kill them and for some reason they were after me. maybe from a previous dream they still have vengeance for me.

i don't remember exactly but was somethings i remember.

I was in this room with these other guys, like a meeting room and there was a hallway leading from front door to this meeting room and there was this bedroom which could be access from the hallway and from this room.

so floyd comes in with his boys wih guns to get something and to kill me so as they finish checking the bedroom they come towards the meeting room at the same time i sneak into the  bedroom and hide under the bed (best hiding place yet) so another guy comes in the bedroom and tries placing a suitcase under the bed while looking under the bed and sees me gets his gun out i kick him but can't reach so have to get out from the other side get on the bed you comes to standing aims gun at me i go close to kick him not far enough he is about to shoot me i come close and kick in the eye which ends up with me poking his eye and thrusting it in the socket with my big toe and i start running and there is this bath tub in the hallway with a lady and man in it and i go out and people are staring in laughing at the guy, they push me in the bath tub, but it was only the lady in there and the tub was bigger when i was in it, when i see what they were laughing from behind don't know why or who they were, i get out and run out and after i run out i am starting to be chased.there is car which leaving the driveway and for some reason i know them as i run towards them to ask for a lift and get me away and run after as they start driving away and i drop my guns and things i am holding which i wasn't before and then they stop and i don't remember if i got in or not but i think the guy got out to help me and that was it.

  Mobility stretch & activation drills

Workout:
  2x20kg DB walking lunges each hand
  2x8x20kg DB RDL each hand too heavy to hold 40kg DB in one hand
  2x8x20kg DB single leg box squat one leg hanging behind down the box each hand weight concentrated over feet on the box to balance.

  2 x 8 x 20kg + BW GHR  (10 sec hold for last rep)
  2x10 x 40kg each side of cable lever calf raises( they had this cylindrical bar which could attach to 2 levers close by and stand under in between the 2, and just tip toe, heavy, but i can see how people don't like using it as an alternative to barbell as you lose the mobility as i losing balance the cable was restricting me from falling.

  hanging leg raises toe to ceiling x 5
  pull ups 5

Stretch
  overall body stretch

Cool down
  walk back to campus

As i arrived it was packed, so i had make use of the dumbbells. But there were these guys who were squatting large numbers. two groups who knew each other one group squatted 160kg and the other guy squated around 190kg they did use belts though don't know how that would make it easier, but they squatted with medium effort not large struggle and shaking. I need to improve my squat as it is staying at below 60kg. It was a sunday and still packed couldn't believe it.
But got a good workout on my legs.

I remember thinking about this quite a while back, the concept, but it looks like it's true.
i was thinking that maybe that dream is like real life but instead the actions are all happening in your head, and as the video stated action and mental take the same neuron pattern to do.
So my theory a bit correct i guess, that dreams are what the video said, actions but mentally while a sleep and some might accidentally while asleep and half a wake might trigger both at same time and bam who you move your hands.

i remember sleeping on the bus, and i remember hitting a tennis ball with back hand serve and guess it happened in real life as in while i was asleep i wacked this guy next to me, so i was back hand serving with my mental while it also made my hand do similar actions.

this is an intriguing topic.
