My Dream was sooo crazy soo messed up i don't why i had it, i wasn't even thinking about those things.

the dream consisted of me being inside a temple sort of like the mayan temples with the pyramid steps, i was already inside in the beginning, jessica alba was on some platform. i approach her then the dream ends

second dream continues from the first, but now i'm outside the temple and i know that jessica alba is inside, don't know how, the only way in is with this person who has a magic sentence sort of key i tell the person give it to me to let me in the temple but it was a magical spiritual looking lady (hard to describe, @raptor: not manga) i think and she didn't other people were there as well i think my brothers and sisters, not all, telling her not let me in, then i go ask for goku's help don't know how he can help but vegeta is there as well and they are too busy and they fuse with the earings and im trying to persuade them, gogeta was fat like big and huge for some reason and no matter what they don't let me in.

also the walls or doors of the temple had these stick man hands or arms through the wall, i think this was from the stick man video i watched on youtube.

then there is a bear, the bear was a mixture of a teddy bear with teeth a video i saw on youtube and his wiener like its been drawn on or something from a draw my life video where the guy drew a wiener on his images, must have mentally scarred me temporarily i hope, contemplating, i don't know over what, maybe the temple, thinking of; i don't know its all confusing, troubles of building temple being trapped in and then in the future there's his temple, its like straight into the future, where the bear realizes oh shit that's my temple, and i can control his fate somehow and knowing there is a female bear inside i let her be free ignoring the fact i couldn't get inside the temple i saw and they both do their weird thing at the side; like they do in the discovery channel  :P lol.

it's the most strangest thing most f'd up thing a weird combination of what i watched placed together i don't even know where jessica alba came from.

@raptor: don't even mention porn cos i don't watch it

Good days workout, i was a bit enthusiastic that last workout i was comfortable with 50kg i thought why not try 60kg but failed, so went back to 40kg squats and then attempted 55kg which i was able to do 1 rep deep, which was nice. So much can be done in 2 hours so got a lot done some core work. during foam rolling my shin it was ultra sore the inner part and i wasn't even placing one leg over the other, i was just placing shin on top of roller and rolling it forward and back and it was super sore i know i wouldn't be able to handle it if i did it the other way. IT band rolling is becoming less sorer then previously where it was unbearable, iced the shin.

Running

isn't Rowing just using rowing machine for a certain distance.
i don't do that, i'm training for sprinting.

am i still wrong with the statement that because of my quads being weak that i can't deep squat as much as i can half squat?

I didn't say it properly.

What i meant to say was I can't deep squat as much weight as i can with quarter squats.
I can squat deep but the weight i use is less than the weight i used in the quarter squats.
Quarter Squat = 80kg, Deep squats = 50kg.

So i was thinking maybe i have weak quads compared to my hamstring that i can lift more in the quarter squat than i can with the deep squat.
I don't think mobility is an issue as I always before workout do hip mobility drills.

University Update

I Just received an email from the University saying that i will have to resit my exam by doing the whole year again

because i failed 45 credits worth of module i will have to come back next year instead of doing it this summer,
this sucks.
 :pissed:.

I guess i have to look at the good side of it, if i had gone home i probably wouldn't have gone to gym too far, so i can carry on using this gym till i reach enough numbers to start with plyos and shock training.

but still dissapointed another year of cooking and studying and all those stuff.
I will have to find someway to keep me occupied games or whatever.

this is sorta the case when you can't progress in studying without cheating i.e. if you study the notes you won't do as good as just studying past papers and remembering answers, also there was this lab the people that copied got more marks than the people who didn't.

It was a good fight

I had a feeling that matthew macklin was not going to survive for long from what i saw in the first round, matthew was trying hard to get to him attacking him but golovkin he's a beast, he was coming calm and cutting the ring and getting to matthew and then unleashing hell on him, even though he was not built big but he's confidence and power and coming forward is what made him a beast while macklin tried hard to survive, i felt matthew was finding it difficult to do anything to him while golovkin was just coming forward.

Down went macklin with a liver shot, man that must have been verryyyy painful.

I am happy and also feel that probably i am very hamstring dominant that's why its harder for deep squats as the quad has to work as well.

I have access to a swimming pool and go every wednesday between two track training session on tuesday and thursday.

So i would like to know if there is any good swimming pool workout i can do to help me as a sprinter preferrably MaxV.
today i did some high knees and b skip concentrating of fast kick then paw back of the foot.

any other suggestions.

There's probably high chances of facing either of the two. schaefer was interested in maidana obviously for reasons of putting matthyse against garcia he would have rejected broner be matthyse but its in the fans hands.

i don't we will see garcia vs matthyse as there are talks between garcia's camp and zab juda for a rematch lmao lol
i guess he is a little scared but can't tell till its official
