Comment: I woke up at 1pm as i slep at 4:30am, i decided to sleep a little longer when i saw the time was 11am but it became too long. It was a good workout i discovered the deep inhaling technique to help the squats make it easier but not a lot easier just a little easier to lift. The last rep of 55kg was bad form was getting worse every second but i made sure i do not lose the hip drive until my torso corrected half way up and hips drived in a good session. RDL's are not that heavy anymore to grip on i can grip on it comfortable but i stick with one set.

Boxing / Re: Official: Mayweather vs Canelo Alvarez its finally here
« on: July 18, 2013, 08:53:39 pm »
I think that because of to increase chance of breaking pay per view records they have added an amazing undercard to the mayweather canelo match, but i think they couldn't get a pay per view for it on its own so they chose this route, but exciting nevertheless.

Danny Garcia vs Lucas Mathysse

This is really a great match up and can't wait for the mayweather canelo payperview.
this just made the pay per view even better.

Matthysse is good but like amir khan who had the upper hand on garcia would patient picking his options and then landing it and being smart and will beat him maybe by knockout if lucas is careless like his fight with peterson.

but a great match indeed.

That is impressive!
You could have accelerated a bit longer as you didn't have to raise your head up that early, just my 2 cents.
I think toddday would do a better job in analysing your sprinting.
nice job  :goodjobbro:

Obvious troll is obvious tip #47: Even when you post something good, make sure to put it in the wrong thread.

lmao
"obvious troll is obvious"

2705
That's a great idea.
Can you show me how to make one like the way you did one for gym and one for track.

lol.

I meant for it to be funny

I didn't claim anything, but it can be any time soon before USADA and WADA do the same with bolt.
I don't know much about bolt so won't claim he is using PED's, this was the same with gay and powell.

USADA and WADA are ruining the reputation of the sprinters. Now gay is out of the world championship.

2707
That's a great idea.

EDIT: Never mind, I can find out.

EDIT2: Done!  :headbang:

Tyson gay AND ASAFA POWELL got positive result from the drug tests, I bet justin gatlin is doing covering up his usage.
Its only time before usain bolt is caught as well.

But they still have the B sample. even so gay said he is pulling out. what a dissapointment.

So this could have been found in his training supplement's like protein shake, but not actual PED's.
Now who else has a chance of winning the IAAF besides Usain bolt or Yohan Blake.

Day 2 of Ramadan w/ first training track session

BW:n/a
Sore: Shins always become sore on thursdays track sessions with my achilies heel but other parts are ok.

Warm Up:
   Jog 400m
   Sprint Drills
   Skipping drills
   hip and groin stretch

Workout:
   1 x 220m
   1 x 180m
   4 x 150m

Cool Down
   light paced jog 800m

Comment: I am currently typing this as soon i came back, my mouth is sticky a bit and throat is dry but it level of thirstyness would be 6/10 and it was a good workout didn't put too much effort into it firstly it was striding at 80% and second because i didn't fatigue my body to quickly that it will become thirsty more quicker.

Also some good news from university that i don't have to repeat this again next year so this is my final year so will have to try and do a lot in the gym; take advantage before i get another chance where i will have to start low again.

More PR's as my first time getting timed.

tempo run
4 x (200 3min rest 100) 32s consistently

did the 4th set with only 1-2min rest after 3rd set so still a bit exhausted
200m 30sec

rested 30s-1min ran 100m in 13.9-14s (This one i am am happy with the most, when before i could run the 100m best was 14s)

I am happy about my tempo run times meaning i can actually run the 200m under 30 seconds.
100m in under 13 seconds maybe hoping hard.

Something doesn't look right, especially the taunting in the fight and being open and the interview after the fight.
why do i think he didn't try so he could not have to always defend the belt and relax with family and everybody was booing him lol he also "he is the champion he beat me everyone has to accept it he better just trying to turn the attention away from him" wtf

did he lose on purpose so he didn't have to defend title. but that was shocking he was soo good.

i don't know

Well, my point exactly. The fact that you deny so vehemently that is the proof of its existence.

 :uhhhfacepalm:
i just knew that thought was going to crop up in your mind so i was stating it ahead of time and was hesitant in posting it as i knew you would probably comment on porn related issue and maybe beat off to what i wrote lmao  :P
but if you still don't believe me fine, no problem.

So all you want to tell us is that you watch porn? Because that's the only thing true in all of that.

didn't you just read this?          :uhhhfacepalm:
I guess your brain can only interpret it as porn.

@raptor: don't even mention porn cos i don't watch it
