EC is a combination of ephedrine and caffeine.

you just copped to spending $30,000 on equipment and whatever else. those two books together are excellent and cost less than $100. yes most of the info in them is available online for free but you have to search for it and put it together yourself. the whole point of lyle's books is to help people lose weight without losing strength, or to gain weight without getting overfat. so while your experience is what it is, you don't have to lose all strength while cutting quickly or slowly.

just sayin', priorities...

btw.. i am just fooling around at the low rim.. there is no way in hell i can ever dunk on a 10 foot in the near future.  Infact.. I should go back to 10 foot and make some video...

this constant jumping over the low rim getting close to dunking... keep my hopes up. but I need to also remind myself... this is not a 10 foot.

How high was rim?

i think u need to jump more relaxed and confident. U seem a bit too frantic when u jump.

agree. also you need to grease a groove a bit more scoob. you've been there in the past but in this vid you're taking so many little choppy steps. get that t0ddday method back in action. only add a step when each new one adds height.

unless you're planning to compete at some point, if that's a comfortable depth then don't sweat it. hips were shooting juuust a touch on the last couple of reps. be careful as weights get heavier, if that gets worse can lead to low-back strain as you pitch forward and try to correct.

great stuff. will throw that in there if this comes up with someone in the future.

 :highfive:

;) what good is a bigger and stronger heart if the chamber design fails because of too much muscle mass. i won't even consider pharma preworkout (cialis/viagra) even with all of its benefits to blood flow because i don't want to mess with my blood pressure and HR. caffeine (lots of it) is as hardcore as il go.

plus i imagine squatting with a boner would be suboptimal  :P

- run 4km in 20:49
ran with gf for first 3km, then picked up pace a bit on last km. knee felt it but not in a painful way and once i was a couple of km in was fine. just need to be gentle, which is easy since i'm so out of shape.

- walk 0.4km

- stretch
