Does it have to be "beast" beautiful squats or it could be light ones as well?

If you can do strong front squats then you know how to recruit the quads out of the hole (and the glutes).

yes. IMO, problem here is weak BW. :wowthatwasnutswtf:

you get our of this twig mode, you will improve your squat ratio and potentially be more explosive.

This^^^

You're already probably very high in terms of neural efficiency and movement efficiency in the squat so... getting up in bodyweight should help at this point.

But you're still PRing so...

Interesting that he noted "hip thrusts" there. I'm becoming a very big fan of them the more experience I have with them.

Looks like 10-11% bodyfat to me.

Would that mean that being heavy will inevitably make you stronger?

No. (If p then q) does not imply (if q then p).

Fuck!

I was starting to feel good about my sister gaining weight.

Yeah it's really really weird... my arm look a TON over the rim yet my head doesn't look that close to the rim.

No way it's at the rim. It's perspective. The rim is definitely above the elbow.

If there's one palm from the end of my palm to the rim then that's 20 cm above the rim... + 20 my palm that's 40 cm above the rim which would be a 3.35... that would end up being a 94 cm jump.

But my head IS NOT at 1.82 + 94 = 2.76... no way. That would be only 19 cm away from the rim and it's not.

Um... not sure if you noticed but... that backboard isn't exactly an "official backboard" :P

The square looks taller than just 16 inches. You shouldn't worry about the square though.
