DAMN.

“If I get somebody from Conor’s team into the ring, the goal is not just to win, because of course I’m going to win,” Malignaggi said at the New York media event. “It’s a foregone conclusion, me winning a fight like this against any mixed martial arts fighter. So the goal would be I have to really excel at something more. … The goal is to put him in the hospital and make sure he spends most of the summer in the hospital.”

poor paulie. probably going to get owned. his mouth getting him into trouble post retirement. it worked a little when he was a pro, but he's not hungry like these dudes.

Damn those stats are crazy. He been maintaining that 20km/h throughout the race. Knowing how fast 20km/h is on the treadmill to maintain that is just beyond belief.

yup. these dudes are crazy.

"INEOS 159"

I thought he'd try it in Berlin.. but looks like he's going to do it similar to the breaking2 project.

solid session. really hard to run a mile (almost a mile) with 1.5 minutes of significant uphill. it's probably really good for you tho.

felt great after. then left foot & right hip slightly achy several hours afterwards.

left foot bothering me more tbh.. seems every time i do uphill, it hurts alot afterwards. I tweaked it going uphill. flat running doesn't bug as much.
