No way it's at the rim. It's perspective. The rim is definitely above the elbow.
If there's one palm from the end of my palm to the rim then that's 20 cm above the rim... + 20 my palm that's 40 cm above the rim which would be a 3.35... that would end up being a 94 cm jump.
But my head IS NOT at 1.82 + 94 = 2.76... no way. That would be only 19 cm away from the rim and it's not.
I don't get this cutting thing. I'd rather have a stable eating habit that sets my bodyweight at a certain level and then just work in and out with nutrition depending on what I'm doing rather than having traditional bulking and cutting phases.
On the other hand, if the jump is 94 cm then I'm with my head at 2.76m, which means I'm 19 cm away from the rim. It doesn't look like I'm 19 cm away from the rim in that picture. Looks like 30 cm or so.
