GSW is just so loaded with Durant that it's ez to forget how lethal GSW was/is when Curry/Klay go off.

HOU keeps hitting 3's.. GSW +3 with 2s left.

but on that last 3, HOU basically gave up.. but then Rivers hit it. Harden didnt even run down the court..

it's crazy because, had they guarded the inbound properly, they could still have a real chance at being back in this.

but they played LAZY D even on those inbound passes.

been analyzing October 2018 for a while now. can't wait to get back to a less intense variation of that. plan on cranking hard all summer.

need to get 100% first.

regarding "less intense" variation. it'll simply be: high frequency speed but, not 2x in a day and not back2back days. and more relaxed speed without going for PR's etc. this way I can extend it out for a longer period of time.

legs pretty sore today. also feel like crap, too much stretching. left hamstring insertion feels janky. both adductors feel taxed (from speed).

sooo.. quick recap of my injury situation:
1. last night, didn't feel it at all during the track session and i cranked it
2. afterwards, did a few light movements and felt it a little, so started stretching - too much
3. today, more stretching - way too much stretching, injury area feeling like sh*t. legs feel like death.
4. light run in the evening: didn't feel the injury area at all. legs felt ok.
5. legs felt great afterwards, havent felt injury area.
6. no stretching, legs feeling ok

in a nutshell, need to stop doing one particular movement/stretch: the upright touch your toes/floor stretch (hamstrings). that movement really inflames the area. in general, need to be more careful with hamstring stretches because it makes the injured area feel worse.

one other thing. when doing the standing toe-touch/hamstring stretch, i can feel the pain in my right glute/hip/hamstrings etc, but if I *really* try to analyze where the pain is, alot of it is in my sacral spine. it's interesting.
