Tarsiers

broad jump: 5m (more than 40x body length)

See those legs? The tarsier is an amazing jumper able to jump more than 40 times it's own body length. The hind legs can be twice the head and body length. In fact, their name comes from their powerful ankle bones - the tarsals. They like to jump and cling to trees.

5. Given how grindy OHPs have gotten, I'm going to slow down on increases there. Stick with 135 until it's a bit easier, then add 5 lbs. If that takes 3-4 workouts, then okay. backcycle to 120 and build back up again.

lol, i know exactly why u changed that :ninja:

What is your running 1 leg vertical?  Is it significantly higher than your 2 leg running vertical?

What makes you think a guy who's training bilaterally since the start of the Universe is having a higher one-leg vert? :ibsquatting:

why not? lol

The question isn't "why not?", it is "why yes?".

Because he could be a better one-legged-jumper. Doesn't matter how he increases his strength.

Does his body structure make you think he's a better one leg jumper than two leg jumper? Has his recent journal or videos made you think that?

it was just a comment to your "bilateral training guy <-> one-leg vert" comment ;)

korn, slipknot, limp bizkit (the first 2 albums only), orgy (a nice mix of industrial with some electronic sound), paparoach (first album only)

more on the metal side: children of bodom, edguy, avantasia, blind guardian

Limp Bizkit and Papa Roach (really only first album lol) is good for me, rest is "no thanks".

Btw, All That Remains new album is dope!!!
