So for thoracic extension issues what stretches should I do? (will search on youtube in the meantime)

That's the thing - I don't know WHAT is limiting me. It could originate in the hip, but it most definitely is in the upperbody as well.

As far as hip is concerned, there sure is something there as well, as I can't really bend too much down when I do my 2-leg bounds or broad jumps with a narrower stance without falling back (I can't sink into my hips well). My ankle flexibility is pretty good so it's gotta be the hips.

 I was referring to foam rolling/pvc myo release for the thoracic region as well.  If you have issues there, it can cause the balance issues youre explaining as well due to the position it puts the upper torso in when you are not able to get into proper thoracic extension.

 Get a foam roller or pvc pipe and hit your lats with it, and upper chest. Also work on mid to upper back if you have thoracic extension issues.   Work on standing presses for a while making sure to shrug up to the max at the top.  You need to work on the mobility part, and then strengthen in extension.

Cycle the working leg through a little faster and dorsi flex your foot more, this will take care of that slapping your getting.

  Hyperdunk, you do know that there are MASSIVE genetic variations in the same race groups right?  There are plenty of  blacks that are genetic trash from an athletic standpoint, and plenty of whites that are genetically elite.   You can find great genes in every race, and piss poor genes in every race, regardless of which race it is.

 There are individuals who lose a competition even prior to it starting due to fear of these things like genetics/race, etc.  We call those people giant pussies.  

I know, but generally speaking, blacks are more athletically gifted on the spectrum proven by a number of scientific reasons and by their results/accomplishments.  And yes fear causes a drop in confidence, and lack of confidence effects CNS and therefore performance.

what if the other races were possessed  by evil spirits, would they then have an advantage ala your "any shaolin monk can  beat any mma fighter" thread?

You still have not answered my questions.  I really am interested in the role that evil spirits play in athleticism and you are very knowledgeable in this field. I know this from reading your thread that you cowardly removed, since you looked like a fucking insane pigmy moron in every post.

also, most your posts are "these guys hands are bigger than mine" or "these guys genetics are better".  YES, thats true, in YOUR case hyperdunk, but how will that help your goals constantly thinking about it?

You say you want to walk on a college basketball team right?  Well lets look at some facts, and come to a conclusion on how to help you here.

1. Youre pushing 30,  4 feet tall, and are skinny fat, with not a single athletic trait to your person.

2. Youre a dope fiend, or were a dope fiend, indicating a weak mentality that will definitely not help issue #1, and can also cause issue.

3. Youre fucking retarded.  Now here is where you have an angle.  You may qualify for a "special" league, or even a female team at some middle school, based on your handicaps.  I recommend sending your videos to as many places that cater to such a population as soon as possible. 

Hopefully some of this helps you hyperdunk, and if all else fails try to get possessed by an evil spirit.  I hear that makes monks invincible, and capable of destroying professional fighters with ease.

 If youre going to do that stuff on your off days make sure youre not killing your recovery.  Learn to swing the bell properly first, then progress to cleans, then snatches.  Are you trying to lose fat right now or gain weight?

So are you saying two cns intensive days before the hypertrophy day and then it repeats. So kinda 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off? Or could it be done like this?.. Good insight on the blog post, helped me put some things In perspective in my training.

Not 3 consecutive training days, something like  Mon- CNS high intensive/  tues- rest/  weds- CNS high intensive/ thurs- rest,/ friday - hypertrophy focus/, sat and sun off. etc.  Many different ways to do this, and you can do it with 2 days a week as well, the rotation only takes a little longer.

What about upperbody lifts? Muscle-wise, they wouldn't affect the MSEM sets, but CNS-wise they pretty much would. Obviously you should go more with a lower intensity upperbody stuff if you choose this path IMO.

You can use the exact same scheme with upper if you need to, only keep the exercises down.  So instead of squat + assistance, you would use squat (high cns) + Press (high cns intensity). 

With the hypertrophy day its easier, and if you run out of time you can do upper on off days without much negative effect cns wise, as long as you dont go overboard.

Like Kelly said - if a guy put a gun at your head and told you to choose a kid that you'd believe is the most athletic (fast or whatever, you have to define what "athletic" means first but whatever) out of 100 kids, chances are you're going to pick a black kid.

 Funny you said this, earlier today I had a group of 3 football players.  2 are white and one is  black.  One of the white kids runs a 4.5 40yd dash, the other a 4.6.  The  black kid runs a 4.9.  So I guess you would have  been dead as fuck had you  been in that room.

Well you don't need to be a genius to pretty much get at the conclusion of a bigger ceiling in speed sports for black people.

And yes, I don't remember the last time I saw a black O-lifter, for example. And so on. But more on the speed side of things - 100m, 200m, 400m, whatever, blacks rule. Both men and women.
