Your free squat looks kinda odd ???, like you sit back a bit and then to get deeper into the squat you get alot of forward knee drift.
Btw your lunges are whats called a barbell split squat, different exercise.

Is there a specific reason why you rotate your body sideways on the depth jumps btw?
Single lex box squats look good .
i formally propose ending youtube dunk contests and just jumping to a vertec so we know exactly how high they get.
FAIL!
The argument is not about how high he got , it is about the rim height , which actually determines if the dunk contest was legit!
We use the heights they reach trying to estimate the rim heights from those!
Not to be a killjoy, but it seems a little bit fake. The rim looks a couple of inches short.
Still, either way, it's dirty.
if he hits 55 on btl and jumping over somebody , that wud have to be at least 59 for max height.
btw,does he train for vert or does he just go and dunk and do core?
he's training for the olympics dude, he's trying to become a high jumper for canada !
