going from that high height of a depth jump height, do you feel you still gain alot from an explosive strength stanpoint even though it is more "reactive" since your rebounding onto a box?

all good points, most good preworkout supps/ energy drinks normally say to take on empty stomache

I like to take cytosports fast twitch...hard to find sometimes but it has a good combo of alot of caffeine(200 mg per serving) + L tyrosine and creatine n maybe some other stuff, and taste good

chances are if you do loaded exercises trying to hit the glutes, your quads will defintely follow, IE your getting stronger on the squat and/or bulgarian split squat, along with reverse hypers, maybe RDLS or gutehams, your defintely hitting your quads pretty good whether u want to or not..basicaly what andrew said is dead on

pretty sure i can get the top of my wrist soon, which would be like 10 8 ...after FIF i plan to test on a vertec and hopefully get 10 10 thad be nasty..hopefully 11 by the end of the summer that be crazy

EDIT measuring from my middle finger to the end of my actual hand is 10 7.5 , so id give it 10 6 to 10 7 range for sure

not good cuz i dont practice them nor do i want to since i just wanna be able to dunk in a game situation ya know..athough i used to do better with off the backboard lobs i duno y maybe cuz the LR plant i do..hopefully after im done with FIF i can get consistent cleaner ones down

adarq how high do you think im getting in those vids, rim being 10?  10 4 or something at the most??
