It went in through the backboard, only clamantfever considers those as dunks LOL

Bball game today.
Felt damn explosive, the wooden floor was also excelent at today's court, awesome traction and bounce.
Did only 2 jumps , 1 dropstep for height and 1 dunk attempt.
I got easy 7'' above rim on the dropstep ( thats 32'' )
As for the dunk i think i got 9 to 10 inches above. ( thats 33 to 34 ). It was an alley , got all my hand ( 8'' ) above rim , ball went in through the backboard going downwards, thats needs at least  9'' to happen. The guy that gave me the alley said it was 10''.
It was and felt like a PR but im not counting it if its not on film.
Im filming VJ testing this Thursday, hopefully PRing too :D

some lady slipped, fell, and hit her head.. helped her.. after seeing that movie with sandra bullock (hot++).. everyone else walked away cept my mom and I.. which is funny, koz the movie was all about helping people.. haha

she musta weighed 200 lb, it was scary lifting her up on that damn slippery floor.. lawsuit time for her.


hamstrings still sore but, a good sore.. way different than rdl/squat sore..

didnt w/o today lats still sore.. tmw gonna do lots of pullups,.. then monday = ghr/pushups

some ankle hops.. in shoes ;)

bunch of incline pushups

ECC+CON ghr's, close to 45 degrees down and up.. man these were tough but i have never been able to do ghr's like that.. i could finally pull with my hamstrings as if i was making a fist with my hand.. glutes were firing too.. some reps were about 45 degrees exactly, they were extremely tough.. each set was ~15-20 reps.. did 3 sets.

did some light ankle hops today too.. working back in slow so my foot doesnt get wrecked again..

man it's insane, my first rep on GHR is always good now, then every rep after = hamstrings shut off completely.. i do crap reps after the first..

nah, it was fine.. i misread you, you should have been more harsh.. ;)

im a duke fan, and i always root for OSU to own MICH..

i worked with a guy who played 4 years at mich, he would get SO heated prior to that game.. (after he had graduated etc).. people f'd with him non stop.
