not too hot but very humid, went out right after a thunderstorm. also, had to poop really bad for about 15 minutes. tried to hold it in but i was at the track so at the ~35' mark i went into the little clubhouse and took a shit. first time i've ever done paused a run to do that, i think. i don't usually have to poop at this time of day. weird.

lol damn you're lucky, this being the first time.

i've had to pause like 100+ runs. :ninja: :<

lobov's last fight. he's not impressive at all imho, but he's strong/built for bare knuckle.

no Bol Bol to MIA :<

imagining Bam, Whiteside, James Johnson, and Bol Bol.. :/

huge squad.

oh and can't forget Olynyk.

man that would be an enormous team lmao.

Bol Bol can probably shoot better than Herro.

sux.

legs felt great.

injury area bugged me alot yesterday, then shortly after journaling last night, it disappeared completely.

felt good in the morning. felt good during the run. felt it a little several hours after.

no stretching or anything (including the last few days). going to take it ez and maybe do a track meet friday. there's only one guy signed up for the 1600m tho so far.. and entries close later today. lol.

paulie is batshit. to go from boxing retirement to stepping in there with a legit bare knuckle boxer, that's crazy. it's impressive & idiotic.

fight is this weekend?

i want lobov to crush paulie, justified payback for paulie spitting on lobov.

lol @ the marathon/sprinter quote at the end. war lobov.
