I was about to say that's not really that impressive, I thought he had only one weight vest on, but 3? WTF? You can't know how much they weigh though...
If you can only do one I would do a whey protein isolate or whey mix (isolate + concentrate). Whey is the most basic supplement, a quick digesting protein to take after your workouts or to "supplement" with your meals throughout the day.
Creatine is a bit more advanced imo, the average broski who works out doesn't need to take it but it is good for athletes. Creatine increases ATP production which is utilized during anaerobic activities, such as... vert, low rep weightlifting, sprinting, etc. Contrary to popular broscience you don't need to "cycle" creatine, you can take it forever, just like whey protein. You should notice some nice strength increases if you start creatine.
I can't, so I demand disrespect from everybody. No excuses!
Hm... not sure what to say. I was about to say that's a good indicator of explosive strength but at your strength levels and explosiveness displayed with snatches and cleans, I'm not really sure what your broad jump should be like...
that's a really good broad jump for her strength levels. 106 inches/2.70m
most high school/adult guys you test, they don't even break 100 on broad jump.
120" is the "magic number", that's very respectable at any level.
very nice progress markus, form looked good.
how much weight loss he down to now?
pC
last time he weighed himself he was "only" -11kg. but the tape measure says that he lost more fat than that, so he seems to be building some muscle
It's weird that he trusts staying in the same room with you. Now that's bravery!
