I just really don't know what's the reason... I mean as in your case my other lifts have been steadily going up (squat, military press, rows etc.) my bench is the only "problematic" exercise in terms of progression.

They have. But progress has been slowing down a bit lately especially my benchpress numbers haven't gone up for a couple of workouts and it's kinda pissing me off.

Yeah exactly. I really struggle with gaining strength while more or less in a constant caloric deficit. I recently tried out to cut down from 92kg (205lbs) to 86kg (190lbs) but after two weeks I just had to realize that my body just doesn't handle dieting and training hard 3-4 times a week. So basically right now I'm just trying to stay at around the same weight while improving my body composition. I think that way I can be at a lean 205lbs by the end of the year without the need of a real cutting phase. It worked pretty well so far. This last month I stayed at 204-205lbs morning weight while my waist measurements went down and all other measurements went up a bit. So his concept of recomposition is actually working for me.

I really like his channel in general. There are some other very good videos too. I think he is a very intelligent and knowledgeable guy and he can break down all the concepts concerning weight training. Besides... he has some impressive strength feats to show for.

Box squats (parallel) 150kg for 4 sets of 5. Benchpress 100kg x 6, wide grip pullups with 15kg additional weight for 8 reps.. strength is coming along nicely... now I just need to cut down some of that weight (90kg @ 1.83m).  ;D

Today I did 100kg for 7 reps on the split squats... Also did some random deadlifts afterwards because a friend of mine was just at it... did 100kg x 5 and 130kg x 5 like it was nothing. Didn't want to go any heavier though given my lowerback issues at the start of this year.
Strength is coming along nicely. Hopefully I will be able to reap the benefits when I start to incorporate more RFD-type work in a few weeks time.

I highly recommend sliding leg curls or swiss ball leg curls to you... I'm currently doing lots of them and my hamstrings are definitely getting a lot stronger.. plus it's a really joint friendly exercise.

Here is a article by ben bruno about sliding leg curls describing some possible progression/variations.

87-89kg in gym clothes or about 195lbs at a height of 1.83/6'. Bodyfat is around 12-14%.
90kg/200lbs is the upper bodyweight limit for me.

Yeah.. same here. But at the moment I don't do BSSs. Both my legs are on the ground. I might incorporate some BSS back into my program at some point but I actually like this variation a lot more especially because balance is not so big of an issue.

By the way my upperbody pressing strength is pretty pathetic at the moment. I did 45kg for 10 reps yesterday, whereas my 10 rep PR is something like 60-65kg. Oh well... it's far from a priority anymore though so I'm not really concerned.

Today I felt very strong and did split squats with 92.5kg (205lbs) for 9 reps on the 10th rep I was pretty fatigued and became a bit sloppy. I kinda dive bombed into the rep with too much weight on my rear leg. The result was a sharp pain in my right quad (rectus femoris) and what appears to be a slight tear. It's not too bad today though... so I should be back on track within a few days.

On another note, my legs and especially my glutes are getting a little bit too big for my liking. Did some measurements today and my upper thighs are 69cm (27.5") and my glutes are 107cm (42.5") my girlfriend jokingly said to me a few days ago that I'm starting to get a really nice ghettobooty.   :personal-record:::)

I do them with a medium stance.

Actually I don't have any balance issues.  :ninja:
We'll see if it is impossible or not. What I have found is, that unilateral work hits the VMO way harder which is probably the reason why my knee is so happy with me as of late.

barbell... goal is 3 plates (140kg) for 10 reps... would be sick.  :P

I have been focusing on single leg work and p-chain for the last few weeks/months and my knees are feeling great lately. This is probably the strongest I have ever been. Yesterday I did split squats with 80kg for 4 sets of 12 reps. All with very strict form and full range of motion.  :headbang:

About your shoulder issues: I don't know what exactly is bothering you but what worked wonders for me was doing lots of rowing type movements (cable rows, db rows whatever) and stuff like YTW's, band pullaparts, face pulls, dumbell protractions/retractions etc. for the upperback.
