ok im liking what im doing lately, but i got to really work on all kinds of different movements.. need to mix it up and get strong enough to do some of the shit in those gymnastic threads:

http://www.adarq.org/forum/gymnastics-parkour-free-running-street-workouts/hannibal-for-king/msg6977/#new

i don't know how that dude does it, such a freak.. but i definitely need to attempt shifting my body position on say bar dips/pullups.. somehow getting to planche pushup/planche dip/planche pullup (levers)/muscle ups etc.. would be pretty fun stuff to do.

Chart of my bulking/strength training progress this spring.

Was 12 weeks : 5  - 1 unload - 2 - 1 REA - 2

Listed : MAX SQUAT , MAX BSS , BODYWEIGHT and SQUAT MAX / BODYWEIGHT.

Maxes are projected 1RM from calculators based on load/reps i was doing.

it was quite some time ago, i'd tot it all but gone away. but its a weak spot for sure, that area kinda aches first or acts up first whenever the weightages gets serious and i get really challenged.

hmm... so whats its gonna be like next week andrew?

i'm gonna write it up tomorrow & post it in here, will be very similar to what we did already.. we have to be careful though of your back, so you'll have to use your judgment on that, we can't have it getting hurt just to obtain some PR's.

how you feeling otherwise? good/bad/explosive/same?

bw 159

i'm going to try and drink alot less milk for the next few weeks, see how it effects me.. i just have too much mucous buildup lately i hate it.

legs felt good today.. im going to keep my workouts short for the next few weeks also, without milk and my current diet, i just can't be doing long workouts.. i mean i ate so minimalistic today, but lots of veggies and a burger, i actually felt real good eating like this.. i actually took pics of the meal which reminds me i have to go grab that off the cam.

workout tonight was pretty good, felt strong, was very short.

workout:
- sprints worked up to a few max ~60 yard sprints.. 7 workups, 3 work sets
- 1 ~200 yard sprint
- 5 backpedal sprints of about 20 yards
- 12 neutral grip pullups
- 15 dips on bars <-- GOOD SHIT
- supine hamstring iso: until legs died
- squat iso: until legs died
- single leg standing "sprint iso": only 30s each, hip flexors were numb
- pushup iso: until chest died

done!
