Lifespan 20kg vest
From an Australian perspective, I can do a review of the vest I have been using. It's kinda unwieldy when it's fully loaded with 20kg cause it has 4 rows of weights and the lower row make it impractical to wear long since you have to use it and remove it so often, you can't for example go to the bathroom with it on. Better would be a vest that has only 3 rows like the HCE one which uses metal weights instead of sandbags, so it's more compact. I would recommend that without having used it. The 4th, last row loaded on mine makes it harder to jump too because it affects ROM too. Avoid.

The advantage of this design is also you can modify the weights on the go. With mine it's impractical cause the weights are on the inside whereas the vest above has them outside. Very cool.
