Pretty good man, in your first squat workout you already squatted more than my PR so... nicely done sir.
Keep up the good work.
I still prefer the bench press though since you can throw up more weight on it
Yeah, it's also safer. It's not like too many people die bench pressing or anything.
this pic made me think of hyperdunk-
lol cant be real??
Yeah it depends. You could also do a russian plank... both Bret Contreras and Pavel demonstrated that one.
Uh yea I don't have a kettle bell bro.I tried it and got over 2 minutes easy.
Ok thanks, if you've never done one before and managed 2 mins easy, then i've got some work to do. Will work up to 2 minutes over the next few wks.
Well you don't need to be a genius to pretty much get at the conclusion of a bigger ceiling in speed sports for black people.
And yes, I don't remember the last time I saw a black O-lifter, for example. And so on. But more on the speed side of things - 100m, 200m, 400m, whatever, blacks rule. Both men and women.
Like Kelly said - if a guy put a gun at your head and told you to choose a kid that you'd believe is the most athletic (fast or whatever, you have to define what "athletic" means first but whatever) out of 100 kids, chances are you're going to pick a black kid.
Ok i reviewed my time and it was 17s -slightly more than 10 but not significantly. This was a wobbly, struggling effort. It wasn't an effortless this-is-a-waste-of-my-time-i-could-do-this-all-day type of thing. I don't think I had good form either. Is it easy for the rest of you guys to do > 1 minute?
One of my favourite players when he wasn't getting banned from the league for smoking too much weed. Probably one of the top 10 or 15 most talented players ever to play the game.
