ok my opinion of rondo is changing........ ive never seen a point guard pass up so many open mid range (OR CLOSER) looks/jumpers..

he'd probably be garbage on any other team, he's lucky he is on the celtics.

For the past week or so, I've done a lot of hiking, added seated hamstring curls, and a little bit of PVC foam rolling on IT Bands. I also stretched all hip/leg muscles after each workout. Didn't do much impact-intensive activities like basketball. So far my knee pain is like 90% gone. No problems going up/down stairs or anything else. I tried reproducing the pain when I wake up and the knee feels good. I went on a bike ride today, and I think that made it slightly worse. I'll continue doing the same thing and keep you all posted until it completely goes away and can play basketball a few times a week without any probs.

pc

sounded pretty good until the bike ride stuff.. try what you were doing again, no bike riding.. if you were to bike ride, stand up more and pedal, i imagine you didn't ?

LANDED A NASTY DUNK TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

will have vid/stills later.. still got half my workout to do (depth jumps from 18), have to goto the park and do head height jumps, parked closed 15 min early.

Hey man do you feel your hamstrings do much work when you sprint?

ya, that's the only time i feel them in any athletic activity.. except for like targeted resistance training etc.

i feel my glutes/hamstrings when i sprint, i don't feel them in bball dribbling, jumping, or anything else.

peace man

edit: i feel them slightly with < ~30 yard sprints, which is still good for me, but when i go 40+ (60-100 especially), I feel them bigtime.

i was expecting it to be a bit more corny, it was actually alright.

this movie is worth seeing just for the fact that jessica biel in it, is beyond sexy, it's ridiculous.. she is perfect.

there's this pain in my right arch of my feet, like its being stretched or something.

actually it's been there since a year or 2 ago already, just that i see it as just more of a minor irritant than anything else haha. somedays i dont feel it, somedays it gets quite icky. also happens when i wear shoes like chucks or vans for awhile... what gives huh?

looks like i need to strengthen my ankles as well, those sprains from ages ago are coming back to haunt me, sometimes the ankle aches in a few spots.

i've had that.. i had it very bad actually, had to stop jumping/sprinting etc for a few months, it was so painful.. only thing that fixed that was resting :/

my feet have gotten so much stronger since wearing nike zoom waffle racers.. they really help strengthen your feet, i imagine vibrams would also help.. vans/chucks have bad arch support so, that might be the reason.

peace
