didnt sleep last night, day all messed up.. real tired at night so i just did:

- multiple workouts of pmghr, calf raise, pushups, iso squat

calfs are insanely sore...... i might not jump until friday.. id like to adapt to this calf raise shit pretty quick, it bothers me.. pmghr's are coming along nice.

about the calf raises.. this is just another weakness i have that i must overcome.. my two biggest weaknesses right now are hamstring strength (#1) and calf "preparedness" (#2).. i just don't get how my calfs could withstand all of those jumps/sprints etc, but i do 4 sets of 30-40 yesterday and I CAN BARELY WALK TODAY.. they are so wrecked.. that's just not good.. but that's another sign of something I need to keep constantly prepared.. they are definitely lacking right now, to be this sore after that wimpy shit.

Basketball / Re: BOSTON CELTICS vs LA LAKERS

haha that's what i was saying this whole time he has to take those shots especially when the lakers are giving him that much space, he's still a sick player so quick but he would be deadly if he first started shooting the jumpsthot and second improved his jumper

ya man makes no sense to me.. if he took those shots and hit them then that'd open up the game even more.. makes no sense.

They turned the lights off on us with the game tied 15-15, next point wins  >:(

Also I turned my ankle juuuust a little bit so I sat out the last few points. Iced a bit, gonna take some acetaminophen and do nothing tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be okay on Thursday cause we don't have a game and I'd like to do some jumping.

that sux too!

ok my opinion of rondo is changing........ ive never seen a point guard pass up so many open mid range (OR CLOSER) looks/jumpers..

he'd probably be garbage on any other team, he's lucky he is on the celtics.

6/15/2010

For the past week or so, I've done a lot of hiking, added seated hamstring curls, and a little bit of PVC foam rolling on IT Bands. I also stretched all hip/leg muscles after each workout. Didn't do much impact-intensive activities like basketball. So far my knee pain is like 90% gone. No problems going up/down stairs or anything else. I tried reproducing the pain when I wake up and the knee feels good. I went on a bike ride today, and I think that made it slightly worse. I'll continue doing the same thing and keep you all posted until it completely goes away and can play basketball a few times a week without any probs.

sounded pretty good until the bike ride stuff.. try what you were doing again, no bike riding.. if you were to bike ride, stand up more and pedal, i imagine you didn't ?
