just another Q darq, when focusing in A strength block, do you think you can have 3 strength movements..(SQUAT,LUNGE,RDL) or would this be too much in one session?

Jumped a little bit outside and shot baskets. Jumps weren't anything special.
Hip mobility with barbell
Squat: 135x5 185x3 225x1 230x8 230x8-> easiest set 230x8 - PR
Lunges: 153x8e 158x8e 158x8e - PR
Core circuit x2
hey darq can you find out that jacked dude's leg strentgh numbers.......(darq on creatine).......by the way nice jumps, nice power, you must be getting strength from somewhere......
