for vag, dunkfather can get up on 10's mang:
For sure , i never doubted his 40+ RVJ , neither JusFly's 50+
Still , that rim (dunkfather's ) is crazy bent , but maybe its higher than 10' and its 10' at the bent point , nevermind.
When he is getting both wrists above it still looks higher than the jump on urban jam to achieve the same thing.
Doesn't really matter , im talking about ~2'' difference so:
- i could be wrong
- doesn't change much , if the urban jam rim was 9'10'' it still means JusFly got his chin on 10' level , so if it was 56'' or 54'' doesnt change anything.
I insist because for me 10' and 9'10'' is huge difference , from dunking hard to not dunking at all , 9'10'' and 10' are 2 different universes!
But for those vertical jump beasts it makes no difference.
Bleh , wtf , lets say both are 10'![]()

lol ya.. when you jump as high as darlington jumped it doesn't even matter at that point, which is ridiculous you know? it's like if bolt ran a 9.3 and it was debated to be a 9.4... it just wouldn't even matter.. sure for history it would be, but god damn, 53-56 RVJ is psychotic.
im still amazed
x2
Psychotic , perfect choice of word
After typing the previous message i got a measuring tape to see where is 55'' on me... its upper chest part , holy shit , my jaw dropped...
Still got up nice..
Hurry up and get this 40!

working on some blog tonight.. dno when it'll be done, started out short and got long, like usual.. heh
Can't wait to read that!
Really nice job on the split squat drops, too!
Saw real PT this morning. He said 3-6 weeks before I can play again, depending on how recovery progresses. Prohibited from doing any jumps or hops, even linear DL RFIs. This sucks. But the guy really, really seems to know his shit and I'm sick of getting hurt so I'm gonna stick with it for a while. The last time I sprained it badly (two years back) the PT's I saw sucked so I stopped going. That probably wasn't such a great idea in the long run.
Good news is, anything that doesn't hurt or compromise stability too much (no BB step ups) is basically alright. So trap bar DL, iso holds of all sorts, etc. can be done.

Your split squat drops are terrific.
On your squat drops, it looks to me like you are on your toes too much, and you are landing pretty close to the box. I think this is throwing your body forward. I saw on the WGF that Korfist told you to do upper ab work, but I think if you try to step off and out a bit more and land with more dorsiflexion your position (IE you chin and upper body falling forward ) will take care of itself. I used to do the same thing and this helped me quite a bit. Or course ab work is always beneficial. Another thing that has helped me is tightening my abs, trying to pull my ribs down, before I step off the box. Give those things a shot and let me know how they work for you.
First of all there is no way bron is gonna be MJ
it's just not possible, MJ was the only MJ..look how serious a competitor the guy was
only a select few guys in the whole world have the level of competitiveness he did
plus MJ shot better and got better as he was in the league, lebron seems to stay about the same in my eyes
MJ had great D, Mj was shorter, Mj was a beast on the vertical, AND MJ WON GAMES
lebron is super tall, Lebron doesn't pull through in games as MJ did, BRON DOES NOT HAVE MJ"S HEART!!!!!!!
bron is unfortunately a very un-smart person..but he went with what his heart told him to so don't bitch about it because maybe he doesn't like Cleveland? and maybe your not lebron so maybe you don't know the real reason he left
Adarqui don't be mad cuz they did'nt let you in..they said your vertical was 2 high did'nt they?
