Also, LOL at your dad. What was he trying to do?
he saw a cable and cut it. end of story.

hah

So his instinct on seeing an unknown cable was to cut it?  :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D

yes he said "I thought it was the comcast cable".. which is funny, considering it had no markings, just a black cable.. hah

i don't know why but my dad and i find it hilarious

cuff me! cuff me! there are people out there with chainsaws and your cuffing me! hahaha

there funny scenes in other movies..this is just one of my favorite

anybody else got any funny stuff? i was thinking get smart when he was shooting those arrows...or Austin powers when he was being strangled on the toilet (classic funny haha)

i can't think of anything right now.. most movies i go to see are action and stuff..

there was an insanely funny scene in that latest movie with chris rock/tracey morgan.. the bathroom poop on hand scene.. that movie was real good.

Vertical jump testing/dunks session
Weight@session : ~194
Stim : Just a redbull

Was wearing my new Kobe V's. Awesome shoe : lightweight , responsive , cushioning , low cut , ankle support , perfect!!!

Unfortunately it was awfully hot , it was 40C/104F in the day and even at 10:30pm that i went jumping it was 35C/95F.
Lost ~3,5lbs of sweat in 45 mins

Warmup as usual , 10' dynamic warmup , 2x5 tuck jumps and then some low/mid effort jumps.

JUMPS , mixed on 9'8'' / 9'10'' ( 10' was taken and 9'10'' had really low light ):
-1x3 SVJs : ~28,5'' , maybe 29 ( PR ).
-1x4 2-step DLRVJs : 3x~32'' , 1x~34''*
-1x4 full runup DLRVJs : ~33''
*Got that HUGE 34'' jump on the 2-steps set, got mid forearm at 9'8'' rim , ~13'' above , thats a PR rim touch.

DUNKS on 9'8''
Got a really hard 2 hander hanging on the rim too , got a tomahawk from a little far out too , got a nice cuffed 1-hander and some hard cuffed misses.

DUNKS on 9'10''
Not good , due to low light , just a couple of rather soft 2-handers.

Then the 10' rim was available so i went there
1x2 2-steps DLRVJs : ~32''
1x2 full runup DLRVJs : ~32''
1 more 2-steps DLRVJ : 33''

2x4 dunk attempts : 0/8 , getting better though , they were mostly off the backboard misses where i was grabbing rim at mid-palm , last time was top-palm.

Left shin started to hurt so i stopped.

sick session man, congrats on the PR's!!@%@!@()%!#^)!@

nice you got the KOBE V's now too, ballin`.

peace

something is happening to my body.... i hope for no injuries every f'n day but god damn my body/aggression is feeling out of this world..

^^^^^^^^ workout #2 from today:
- walking lunges: 400 each leg, 800 total, and i feel fine
- neutral grip pullups: 16
- bar-dips: 10
- natural ghr: 30 minutes worth, about 12 sets of 10-15 "mini's" using new setting (like in that ghr vid i posted recently).. this new setting hits my hamstrings even hard but i also get more calf.. so it's kind of harder then kind of easier.. my body can't figure it out yet.. regardless, im sticking with this setting on the ghr, i like it.. my ham tendon felt it a little bit more though so i have to be careful.. i was dead at the 10th-15th mini, was alot more intense.

^^^ bionic workout alert ^^^

drank 6 glasses of milk post workout.. so far.. will probably drink another.. that's basically a gallon of whole milk for today.. WTF.

i have a feeling that i will actually be 100% tomorrow.. if that happens ill go do some dunks just to see what happens.. if i dont feel good tomorrow i'll just do it friday.. but i really think im going to feel real explosive tomorrow, which would be astonishing.

thanks man.. it's fucking coming i guarentee it!@$!@$!@

btw.. i basically drank 1 gallon of whole milk today.. psychotic.

16 cups * 146 kcal = 2336 kcal

16 x 8g protein = 128 g protein

16 x 72 kcal fat = 1152 kcal fat

16 x 44 kcal carb = 704 kcal carb

GOMAD'D IT UP + bunch of bananans + huge thing of rice n beans = win.

peace

Nice job on the lunges man. Damn i wish i could eat and drink as much milk as that, i would end up just getting fat haha.

thanks man.. ya i have some insane skinny-genetics.

i love milk so much though it's ridiculous.. i need it like people need water.

Also, LOL at your dad. What was he trying to do?

he's always doing some kind of pointless yard work, so he decided to remove some bushes (who knows why).. he saw a cable and cut it. end of story.

hah

internet down again.. haha.. my dad cut the underground cable by accident.. friday it'll be fixed.. fail-city.

7/13/2010

bw = 162 (163 before dunking... haha!)
soreness: glutes, bottom of feet
aches: left heel
injuries: left heel

lobs were better today.. court was slippery so, had to hold back a little.

workout #1:
- dunk attempts

workout #2: planning for..
- walking lunges
- ghr's
- dips
- pullups

What do you touch on a RVJ?  I would guess about 10'10" or so.

ya 10'10 on those dunks, 10'11 or so on some of my other dunks last month.. i'm in a GPP phase with lots of fatigue, though i've been adapting pretty hardcore to it.. so august i'm going to try and get 11'+ by doing sessions where i'm much more recovered.

peace man

adarq if u took someone like darlington who probly has a natural 45rvj and trained them from age 14 to age 25, how high could u get them?

darlington has a natural 50+ (right around 50 or so) RVJ.. natural meaning from all of the basketball/dunking he has done.

no idea though man :)

for vag, dunkfather can get up on 10's mang:

:D

For sure , i never doubted his 40+ RVJ , neither JusFly's 50+
Still , that rim (dunkfather's ) is crazy bent , but maybe its higher than 10' and its 10' at the bent point , nevermind.
When he is getting both wrists above it still looks higher than the jump on urban jam to achieve the same thing.
Doesn't really matter , im talking about ~2'' difference so:
- i could be wrong
- doesn't change much , if the urban jam rim was 9'10'' it still means JusFly got his chin on 10' level , so if it was 56'' or 54'' doesnt change anything.
I insist because for me 10' and 9'10'' is huge difference , from dunking hard to not dunking at all , 9'10'' and 10' are 2 different universes!
But for those vertical jump beasts it makes no difference.

Bleh , wtf , lets say both are 10'  ;D  ;D  ;D

lol ya.. when you jump as high as darlington jumped it doesn't even matter at that point, which is ridiculous you know? it's like if bolt ran a 9.3 and it was debated to be a 9.4... it just wouldn't even matter.. sure for history it would be, but god damn, 53-56 RVJ is psychotic.

im still amazed :D

x2
Psychotic , perfect choice of word
After typing the previous message i got a measuring tape to see where is 55'' on me... its upper chest part , holy shit , my jaw dropped...

ya man 55" is ridiculously high... it is at the upper limit (or beyond) of human athleticism, currently.
