hope this is readable:

the last pic is cool too, squat/bench for various athletes, then the differences between college football starters/bench players and their squat/bench.

he's cool, but he's no krazy horse bennett... absolutely no mma training, he either knocks you out or you submit him (edit: or he goes to prison and you don't get to fight him):

Herschel walker played Russian Roulette and thought it was a competition! Makes Ron Artest semm pretty tame in comparison.

haha ya, he's schizo apparently..

they deleted the damn physique pics i had of him on here, they were so impressive at his age.. must find new ones.

I just saw this. Jesus Christ.

i try not to watch that video, because every time i do, it makes me want to high rep squat.. which is not good for my jumping HEH.

you know ive tried those glute hams before with the bosu ball. for whatever reason it is nowhere near has hard as a natural gluteham as see in the previous videos. I believe the angle changes because you bodyweight pushes down on the ball, making the resistance less.

ya that ran through my mind when i was watching it, somehow looks easier.

I wanted to try this shit out, does not really fit with a high school schedule though, heh.

don't try it.. it's rubbish.
