Thanks dude.  ;D

Using the same calculator I get an estimated 1RM of 260, or a bit over 1.5xbw. Gonna have a couple of days for real testing soon. Probably should pick a day to work toward so I'm gonna go with August 16 and 18. That's 18 and 20 days from today. First day for jumping and main lifts, second day for endurance/work capacity tests. Assuming I get the go-ahead from the PT for full-on jumping. I want to know maxes for:

--DLRVJ (and maybe SLRVJ on each leg if I'm feeling like I need a humility check haha)
--SVJ
--20m and 40m dash
--trap bar DL
--bench
--max pull ups
--max push ups in 60s
--max inv rows in 60s
--beep test score (got 11/3 the last time I took this, which is "very good" according to topendsports.com but "very not good enough" according to lbss.com)

Work going forward will obviously still be focused on vert but I'd like to know all those things.

nice.. alot of those are intertwined so, results in one will have some effect in the other.. it's a good performance profile for this next phase you'll be in.

peace!

Do you record any times on those sprints?

nope.. i'd have to video then go back and time.. i just run them all out.. the 5 steppers i hit on the 10 yard dash i was happy with.. those should be at least 1.6x 10 yard dashes.

peace!

Nice dream, Joe.

Two nights ago I dreamed that I was shaving. I finished and then realized as I was getting dressed that I had missed a spot just below my lower lip. I went back into the bathroom, shaved that spot and then as I was starting to get dressed again, I realized that I had missed a spot at the corner of my jaw. I felt very exasperated, but went back and fixed that. This happened several more times with various spots on my face and neck. Not a fun dream.

i only get dreams like that when i'm getting sick.. when i'm getting sick i get the same dream over and over ALL night long, it's so painful.. as far back as I can remember, it's happened every single time.

Upon rereading my own dream I have realized that I had two dreams which melded into one another. The swimming pool scene was a bridge between the school dream and the ninja dream. I can remember far fewer details about the ninja dream that school dream, despite it being more "recent."

that's probably where bruclee anally raped you.. :<

lbss linked this up, great vid:

"
This.....this is hunting. An almost transcendental means of acquiring animal protein. The final act in and of itself is completely in tune with the Natural World and the ultimate in respect and honor both of and for it. This is how our distant ancestors survived. We have unfortunately lost this connection to Life.........."

anyway, long story short, very vivid dream.. i see some object, turns out to be a ufo.. im outside training.. so i run home to get my HD cam.. then i run back out to the park to film it.. so im filming some crazy ufo shit.

that's about it.

AND THEN YOUR CAMERA TURNS INTO AN GRENADE LAUNCHER AND YOU BLAST THAT MOTHERFUCKING UFO INTO THE STRATOSPHERE!

Right?

So you made it so that quoted videos show up as script? Wise move, I think.

nah, that's only for videos i html embed instead of using the youtube embed code... html embed is so i can have it larger in the thread etc.
