But i insist , if you see the whole movie , its hilarious and epic! :D

There's that scene that Riki-Oh's opponent commits suicide cutting his belly ( harakiri ). Riki goes to help him and then that guy takes his own guts out and tries to choke Riki with them...  ;D
 LOLLLL , its so ridiculous and so epic at the same time...
I cant get over that movie...

that trainer he has, probably has made him slower, less powerful, and overall worse athletically.. i can't imagine that he's gained any power, speed, or cutting ability.

Testing today after work:

The good:

trap bar DL 370

The bad:

everything else. Among other things:

bench 235 -- fuck that noise that is pathetic
fucked my hip up doing sprints and it wasn't even over a measured distance, just one I can go back to later (marked on sidewalk)
couldn't jump cause no mat and forgot camera

In other words, other than the DL, which was okay, EPIC MOTHERFUCKING FAIL.

How's that for depressing, zgin? I fucking suck.

is your hip actually hurt or was it just some temporary tweak ? :/

look on the bright side, trap bar is nice tho mang :)

My name is Dev. I'm 35 years old. Joined this site tonight as it came highly recommended by a user on here called Rip. I'm mainly interested in putting on some serious muscle mass and gain some strength. Looks like there are lot of basketball fans on here, but thats not my thing at all. just turned 28 today.. lolololol


bw = 160
soreness = calfs (alot), hamstrings (alot)
aches/injuries = left hamstring tendons a bit (from stretching out calfs, bleh)



rained so bad, gotta get it off my vid cam, was flooading so bad.. anyway went to the courts by 9pm and they actually were dry but tons of people on them..



workout #1: dunks
- like 5 dunk attempts, max jump around 33, weak

workout #2: 3.9 mile jog = 29:32
- 1.3 mile = 9:10   = 9:10   = 7:03 minutes per mile
- 2.6 mile = 19:20 = 10:10 = 7:49 minutes per mile
- 3.9 mile = 29:32 = 10:12 = 7:50 minutes per mile

^^^^ i ran that more heel->toe than normal.. felt alot more comfortable eheh.. calfs were not dying one bit, felt great.. cramping on third leg..

^^^^ compared to last session:
