10/9/16 Sunday BW=170.8
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
squat 2x185, 1x225, 1x245, 4x250, 7x230, 7x230
deadlift 3x185, 3x235, 3x5x265
bench 5x185, 4x6x195
I was well rested today and felt more explosive then usual but was not focused on making progress. 250 went up easy-ish.
With as much room for improvement as I have I just need to get my mind straight.
