Dragging this month. Need more mobility work. Getting time that I can focus my mind to lift has not been available, so weights have gotten super sloppy. Planning on resetting and getting a 5x5 routine in more frequently.

Played basketball three days last week, which has been feeling better lately. This weekend I have had a headache constantly and didn't get a chance to lift until sunday evening. To my surprise, weights were super solid. Deadlift's @ 275 were the best yet.
Next week I will probably only get in basketball once. Weights every 7-8 days have been refreshing.

 Compiled the short list of work I have put in lately. Seems like I have played basketball at least twice this month, and got under the bar a couple of times. Just been trying to maintain the last few years. The last six months I can't even seem to do that. Motivation to improve is at a low point. Life has me constantly distracted.

My short term goal is to at least lift once a week, play ball and try to shake this funk.

Progress is slow, not a-lot of gas in the tank lately. Tonight I felt good through warm ups, but good reps in the 245-250 range in the squat rack was not happening.
Aside from being a bit on the chubby side, I am feeling good, nothing nagging just diet.

Saturday I had helped my nephew with installing a metal roof, squats where not happening. Tried again on sunday and 5x245 felt solid then just hit a wall.

Feeling a bit porky, I am at least 10 pounds over an ideal weight. Played basketball for the first time this year today and it wasn't half bad. My assumption was by this point My lungs would be burning and my legs would be jello. All in all I feel great. My back feels like pre-2013 normal. Deadlift and squat are going along great lately. This is the 9th work out since this summers vacation and progress has been steady. It has been years since I have been in the 170 range, If I can continue to lean out and keep my weight up I might just have something.
