no one in your entire park can dunk? i thought you were in florida, where speed and vertical are everywhere. Here in Indiana, where slow white kids rule the land, have atleast 2 dunkers every crowded park i go. (three if you add me hehe)

Just had 2 of my guys make it onto Team AKA.

I find it interesting that these folk recognise track shoes most of all. Damn, I wish I lived in such a bustling community with all those courts and shit. My buddy and I are joking about moving to Florida haha.
ya he was cool though, was asking me about my shoes, asked if i'm a "high jumper" etc hah..

35lber held by feet for 9 reps....(260lbs total weight, had alot clothes/shoes on so I was like 225 today)
then did foam rolling and streching....and a set of 10 for TKE's.
DIDN't play basketball on sundays like normal and legs are huge from not playing....maybe I'll wait till december to play again.
Bizarrely, I could not get to sleep last night until like 5:30. Woke up at 7:30 (normal time) and emailed my boss to say I'd be late to work, then slept until 10. WTF.
