So, stuff happened. One of my best friends is in the hospital right now after a motorcycle accident. Depending on what happens, I'll probably be out of training for a while. Keep Will Salazar in your prayers. If you don't believe in God, cross your fingers or do whatever else you see fit. I'll be back on whenever things settle down.
bleh outter left heel is swolen/has some calleous tissue forming... i need to start double socking, with thicker socks.. i use really thin socks.. not smart.. i'll probably go back to small cushiony ankle sock plus my thick white high socks, that feels really cozy.

bw = 153 soreness = none aches/inuries = left achilles/heel a little bit
workout: dunk session - got up great initially but my damn left heel (outer) and right bottom of foot freak out.. right bottom of foot the worse.. had to relax for 5 min then it actually disappeared for the rest of the session, so did heel, but i did like 5-6 jumps with it hurting and kind of burnt out slightly worrying about it.. - anyway, hit a bunch of dunks, made a mix, uploading now, .. almost got self alley off glass (in vid), so close on damn dribble up dunks but they keep flying out still bleh.. i tried mostly tricks after i landed a few regular one hand lobs, even tried reverses/180's/lefty dunks off lob.

153.6 today, weather looking good outside all day so far, hope it keeps up for tonight.. left achilles still acting a little tender in one spot, kind of scary but after warmup i bet it'll be fine, hope so, plan on big dunks tonight.. legs feel ridiculously good.
also will have a little surprise 4u all tonight if the dunking happens!!
FAU outdoor courts are open NIGHTLY until 11pm, holy shit.. its 40min from me though but still, that's awesome, going to have to hit that up.. looks like they have new rims too.

overall, legs feel amazing/great..
workout: walk - got rained on bad, about 5 miles instead of my intended 8 mile walk.. i had to turn around early, got completely soaked.
Bodyweight@session : ~197 Injuries/aches/soreness : none Stim : Drunk a redbull 30 mins before workout.
SQUATS ( rack was taken so i had to do them on the smith machine ): 1x6@198 ( last time 165 ) 1x6@242 ( last time 187 ) 1x6@264 ( last time 209 ) 1x6@286 ( last time 231 ) 198 ATG , 242 parallel , 264 & 286 half squats. Now the improvements are shocking and 286x6 is a HUGE PR , but i wont claim any of those because smith is totally different than free squats
BSS: 1x8@176 , ( +44 lbs ) 1x8@198 , ( +22 lbs ) 1x8@220 , ( +22 lbs , PR ) 8x220 , ridiculous! The 176 set was also ridiculous , bar was flying up like it was empty.
had a very cool dream, was by the canal nearby, and a tornado was coming, and their were people everywhere outside running for safety, so im running from the tornado then jump in the canal and hold onto some reebar, then mech warrior robots start coming out of the sky killing everyone.. then i'm in an insane hotel, scenery amazing, in something out of Clue where people are all plotting against each other, i was just walking through the hotel/grounds though checking out the scenery.
