workout #1: dunk session - pics above.. landed some good stuff, had some insane misses, nasty pop, felt like a spring/kangaroo.. - got a big lump 1.5 inches down my wrist from slamming so hard, shit hurts so bad
workout #2: walk & plyos + strength - walked ~4 miles, mixing in tons of sl bounds on BOF and single leg light sprints for reps.. sl bounds were done in sets of 5 each leg, single leg light sprints done for 20-30 - finished the last mile of the walk with drop step VJ to SS ada.. hit about 15 each leg.. crazy though, the drop step vj felt like a rocket.. ada landings were tough considering how high i was getting on the vj.. but i hit them acceptable
I agree with everything you said at your comments , but i don't think he deserves to be in this thread together with all those horrible training weirdows. Except from the deadlifts , those look terrible and very dangerous too! Also jump squats and depth drops AFTER squats and deadlifts , WTF?? But i still think he deserves better than being in this thread! Just saying...
nah i mean, he's cool, i support him, not really making fun of him.. but the video is overall does not illustrate "good training", it's not funny, but more along the lines of 'horrible' imo..
i mean you could put a few of my videos on here, on alot of the dumb shit i did, in fact, when i get back from dunking, i will.. lol!
hey man, working hard, but i have some criticism.. i wouldn't squat in the smith, squat in a rack, free, if form is an issue, do it off pins/box.. deadlift looks like you are rounding your back bigtime.. strict form will have better transfer to vert even though weight would need to be lighter.. jump squats should be done initially, when legs are fresh, and lighter, it's taking you very long to perform each rep.. depth drops are a little too high, need to land deeper too and stick that landing.

@adarqui : lunge jumps wen legs are dead is a bad idea, imagine how bad your knee stability is with all that fatigue, not good.. you workout, honestly, should be: lunge jump, jump squat, depth drop, squat.. i would put squat/deadlift on different days.
also, you really need to get your body composition in check, that will yield some great gains in athleticism just by losing body fat alone.. seriously, you'd gain alot athletically if you dropped some fat.
I fucking fell asleep, when I woke up you had this up but the fights must have been over, saw some Bas interviews though, was great! I love k1 but we never get it on our channels down here.
