If you want a guy who plants VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY far away in front, check out Helicopter from AND1.

I can't find it right now, but there was a dunk in the AND1 mixtape tour where he planted like 10 feet in front of him.

helicopter was SICK, but he gained too much weight & looks much less athletic now.. he can still get up alright, i think he's what like 6'3 or so? we have a thread on here of someone who plants real far from rim too, double leg, some college guy, i'll try to find it in the next 5 minutes.

ya, arowe is much more of a "linear bilateral planter".. i throw myself in more laterally.. a "lateral armswing" like that, I imagine, goes hand in hand with the quad dominant/calf dominant jumpers, like GC, myself, etc.. planting sideways allows us to load up the ankles way more, planting bilateral-linear most often has one heel striking significantly.

i should get back to making more pictures like that, those are nice.. very fun to check out.. crazy-weird analysis subforum has some toys, it needs more.

yo, try to get those jumps in.. i mean, 2x/week there needs to be some max effort jumps, ie on lower body day and another day (bball day etc).

- WARMUP
- PREHAB: SHOULDER + VMO + LOWBACK

- SPRINT WARMUP: build up intensity starting with 10's & 20's
- SPRINT WORK SETS: 20 yard sprints, 1x

- MAX EFFORT JUMPS: after warmup, about 15 minutes worth of max jumps (5 x 2 etc)
- DEPTH JUMP: 20" @ 4x5
- MR TUCK JUMPS: 4 x 10, very quick gct with powerful armswing, 1 minute rest in between sets

- REA SQUAT: 3x3 : 80kg
- SQUAT: work up to a heavy 5 rep
- SQUAT: MSEM style: 4 singles (137.5-140kg+), 1min rest between singles

OPTIONAL
- S1: Pullups: 1xAF
- S1: Pushups or dips: 1xAF
- S1: back extensions: 2x

- CORE
- LIGHT STRETCH












Day-2:
- WARMUP
- PREHAB: SHOULDER + VMO + LOWBACK


- S1: PUSH-1: BB Flat Bench Press :  3 x 5
- S1: PULL-1: Seated row (pause 1s) :  3 x 5
  - 2 min rest between superset

- S2: PUSH-2: Incline DB Bench press : 3 x 5
- S2: PULL-2: Weighted Pullups :  4 x 5
  - 2 min rest between supersets

- S3: TRICEP: Pulley Tricep Pushdown : 3 x 8
- S3: BICEP: EZ Bicep Curl : 3 x 8
- S3: SHOULDERS: Front+Lat DB raise+Rear DB fly matrix (LIGHT + CONTROLLED) : 3 x 8
  - 1 min rest between the entire superset

- CORE

OK so since I couldn't really sleep "well", I also had a strange dream:

I was with my mom to a country place of one of my mom's childhood friends. There were abandoned market buildings with groceries products still in the rafters. So my mom was like "hey, they won't need this anymore" and took a LOLLIPOP (WTF) and started sucking it (WTF). I was like "don't do that, you don't want to go to jail because of a stupid lollipop". So out of nowhere two cops showed up to arrest her, but we bribed them and they left.

Then I went home and in my balcony there was one yacht that was mine and two guys in a small boat that were banging into the yacht with the boat to break it. So I picked up a cell phone and called 911 (here it's 112 the emergency number, but I called 911) and after like 3 times ringing, one woman picked up the phone and say "yeeeeeeeees?". I was like "um... I have a problem". So in the middle of my dream I woke up for a short period I think, and then continued with my dream and was like "I just dreamed that there were two guys on a boat trying to bang into my yacht that is on my balcony. I know it sounds silly, but you gotta help me". And then I heard a strange noise, like the ones you usually hear in videogames, and went to look into my balcony and the yacht and the boat with the guys disappeared, and instead there was one giant orange fish in there (was like 10 feet long and pretty fat). Or maybe it was a horse (? I can't remember).

So I was like "nevermind..." on the phone and hung up. Then my cell phone rang to wake me up to go to the gym.

hah nutty..

last night i dreamed about ufo's then i had a sexual encounter with some really hot chick, then my grandpa woke me up in the middle of that, was a good dream, so i was like.... 'shhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiitttttt'.

i can't remember all the details right now but it was heavily ufo based.

benched again since pec felt way way better, started doing 280 for reps, hurt it again, this time worse, 24hrs later arm and some part of upper chest has black and blue.

damn that is not good at all, stay away from bench for a while maaaayneeeee :/

Bball game.
Last minute absences and injuries left just 6 of us to play the game , so i couldn't spare the energy needed for max jumps at warmups. Pitty because that court had awesome floor , great traction and bounce.
All i did was 1 jump off 2 steps , got 7,5'' above and that damn rim was a bit bent upwards , could be like 10'0.5'' or 10'1'' , was surprised i touched it so high with only 1 attempt.


go back there one day when you are peaked!!

I remember that mill from last year , was amazing!
I lost my mind with the last dunk though, the power 2-hander from distance!
Dunkfather is a freak of nature, all he does is go out and jump and he is at 42-43 more or less , sick!!!

ya he dunks nearly every day with the same high vert, he looks like he's in great shape.

thanks man! ya it's definitely not 9'11, seems like 9'10 or so.. i'm probably going to try and peak again on tues, but on 10' so we'll find out more then.. i've been relaxing more than normal lately, because of the video editing, so it's kind of like i've been deloading.. hehe

one of those clips worked perfect for my editing technique i went there to accomplish, so i'm happy about that.. have to edit that for my main youtube channel, it'll be pretty trippy.. working on a vid for arowe today lolol, then i'll post a tricked out clip from that session after.

well, last year around september it was 39" RVJ max, ~37" or so average.. ~4 months or so prior to those PR jumps, I hit 36 & then 36.5" (132" & 132.5" aka 11' & 11'.5") officially on the vertec before quitting my job there.

recently, i don't know what my highest touch is, but i imagine it is around 11'1 - 11'2" or so, i've pulled off some pretty high dunks lately on some peak jumps.. i'd say I average around 10'11 and 11' on my dunk sessions lately, with ~1-2 peak jumps above that, usually on misses.. so i'm around 37" or so right now.

i hit a 2 step 34" non-peaked a few weaks ago on my homemade vertec, i get max height off 4 steps.

4" down my wrist is 36", 8" down my wrist is 40"... 11" down my wrist would be elbow, 43".

sorry for all of the math, haha..
