115x10
115x10

these may look light, but hit abs real good I think.

Oh yeah did maybe about 5-8 sets of leg raises in between stuff.

SSBar anything kills the abs, shit is great for abs/core.. i cant squat for shit in it :)

thanks man :)
i like to dunk reverses :) it's fun,i like those dunks when i turn around in the air(either a 180 or 360 :D )
but this wasn't even nearly my best...this was at about 8:30 a.m. and i came home that morning at 4 a.m. because i went to a concert with my friend...i don't know how i managed to gather some will and dunk for a while  ;D

i've had surprisingly good dunk session on little sleep, but then of course some horrible ones.. it's hit or miss.. i'd rather dunk at night though, after a really good sleep the night before :)

ya i keep trying reverse to no avail, they look cool as hell.

Check out at 00:18. You can just see the force coming back to him from the floor so to speak. It's really amazing.

dno about that jump, but his jumps when he was younger, he looked damn reactive there.. much lighter, skinnier, but with much more bounce.

I enjoy a lot actions movies, but the thay movies are a before and after for me. What I like the most are the fucking insanely, no ropes, fighting scenes and how the director uses the camera. They film the fight catching all the body and without switching angles or cameras during the action.

Here you have a list of the best ones (the director is the same Im pretty sure) with their original titles:

- Ong bak
- Tom yum goong
- Chocolate (not the one with J. Deep)
- Raging phoenix (for this one I only saw the compilation of action scenes on youtube)
- Born to fight (I saw it without subs, I understood nothing but the second half on the movie is non-stop action).

Ong bak 2 and 3 aint that good.

damn i havnt seen any of those

went to movies + ate 1.5 lb of 'frozen yogurt style' ice cream (peanutbutter) + peanutbutter m&m's and coconut shavings.. man that shit killed me.

10/17/2010

bw = 150.6 <---!@$!@$!@$!@$!@ sickckskckck
soreness = none
aches/injuries = none
fatigue = medium

my plan to 'peak tues' got wrecked, mom coming over with pizza for my grandpa sooo.. and wednesday i have to go out for something.. so that leaves tomorrow.. my dad comes home late which will only give me like 30min to dunk but i'm only trying to land some max height anyway, so thats fine.. hope i can do that tomorrow.

since the unsuspecting change of plans, i did some unconventional shit which i used to do back when i was peaking RVJ last year.. it gave me shin splints last year but i bet i'd be fine doing it now.. let's see what happens.

workout:
- nearly max effort pogo jumps: about 20 sets of 2-5 in 1.5 hours, off and on, lots of rest in between.. couldn't go max effort cause of the 8' ceiling, don't wanna hit my head on it.
- glute bridges: in the process, but 6-10 x 50, insane glute strength right now, it feels weightless eheh

ill probably do light pogos throughout the day tomorrow.

peace!

10-17-10  Session 1

Probably still fatigued from all that jumping two days ago but I wanted to get back to work so I can jump even higher!

It's been almost a month since I have rep'd squats so I'll probably be really sore and my vert will probably go down a bit but it's ok because I know it's there.

Dynamic warmup, sprint warmup

3 max ~10 yard sprints, felt really fast but I didn't have a stopwatch.

24" dj's 4x5- don't know exactly how high I was getting as I didn't have the vertec but they felt good (no collapsing or heavy/dead feeling). Did jumps for head height on a low ceiling (measured it to be about 7'10.5") and I was moving ceiling tile at least an inch so I'm gonna say they were around 27.5" which is really good. PR on 24" dj's for sure, I think pr for 18" was 27.5 or 28. Last week 24" dj's were horrible so this is a good improvement.

squat warmup: 135x5 185x3 225x1 255x1

275x5 275x5 275x6 - all 3 sets were really hard but that's definitely a 3x5 pr

lunge: 195x3x5

barbell calf raise: 135x4x5

core circuit x2

dammmn sick work coming back into session-1.. 24" dj's feeling good/PR was inevitable, awesome you got it already.. you shouldn't have as much fatigue from session-1 as a few weeks back.

peace
