hah cool. was watching the 1500m (US CHAMPS) and I wanted:

1. Simpson
2. Houlihan
3. Hiltz

and we got:

1. Houlihan
2. Simpson
3. Hiltz

Hiltz being the wild card. She's pretty beast. Great to see her get on Team USA.

That Shelbo kick is ruthless. Excited to see what her & Simpson can do in the World Championships. Top contenders for sure.

bw.

leveled off at 150 it seems, without running. plan was to run this weekend so, i imagine that'll give it a nice boost to drop again next week.

149 lb before bed tho. tehehe.

definitely looking much leaner lately. luv it. can't wait to get more shredded than ever.

07/26/2019:
- morning bw: 150

dinner:
- cookies & cream milk shake with whipped cream!

07:30 PM: bw
- weak
- 5sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 6
- full dips: BW x 5

did some stretching in between: standing hip flexor (which also hits low back/glutes decent). stepped onto the pool and moved around etc. felt a few really good cracks. injury area felt alot better afterwards, for the rest of the night. injury area felt kind of shitty all day prior tho.

US T&F Championships are going on now.

Lopez Lomong wins the 10k in 27:30, a ~50s PB. dude is nuts.

Ran 2 miles after work

Felt like the worst run of my life

My cardio n all that was fine but I was so worn out that by the 1.5 mile mark I got light headed and just felt like a flu hit me, felt like I was losing balance.

So if they keep me on Midnight's cuz they're stupid, then I'll just sleep and when I wake up around this time that's when I'd do my runs.

damn that's weird. hope it's just a fluke. i wouldn't push through those kinds of symptoms, so just be careful. definitely try to get some more rest.

pc!

That looks incredible. +1 for jealousy.

hah!

thanks man! i might have gotten lucky with this property given the location (near lots of parks etc, quiet area), distance from work, size of the home/back yard, quiet/comfortable looking community, seemingly genuine friendliness/care for their properties/tenants of the "landlords", and the rent is definitely fair.

ya i'm pretty excited. will have the lease signed by monday most likely, and move in Aug 1.. right around the corner.

going to pick up the lease on friday .. will bring james because he's getting his nails trimmed near by.. so i'll let him scope out the back yard :ninja: :ninja: :ninja: :wowthatwasnutswtf:

other than work, hoping for a good year in this new area/home, full of relaxation, running/walking - maybe even get a mountain bike lol, pool escapades, and of course fun with the pups. might even get back into some art work. want to just really detach & clear my mind.

im up too late again. dammit!

peace!

07/24/2019:
- morning bw: 150

dinner:
- sauteed red bell pepper + green bell pepper + jalapeno + broccoli, basmati rice, avocado, roasted almonds, some soy sauce on the side

09:30 AM: bw
- strong!
- 3sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 9
- full dips: BW x 10
- full 45 deg hypers: BW x 50

08:00 PM: bw
- 10sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 6
- full dips + hold at the end: BW x 8
- 45 deg hyper + hyper dead hang: didn't count reps, then "elongated" for like 5+ minutes (ive done that several times the last few weeks, feels great)

17th grade, funny way to look at it.

awesome, congrats man!

you & joe going to get some training in? hah. :highfive: :ibjumping: :ibsquatting: :ibrunning:

master's will be at UCL, actually. my political tendencies are lefty like SOAS but that's part of why i went for UCL: wariness of the echo chamber.

niice!

found a house for rent. spoke to the family who own/rent out the property, for literally 2 hours. seemed like really great folks. we got along great.

in a great location (near the parks I luv). canal/foresty-trees behind the (fenced in) house. very-very-very quiet area.

surprised at how big the pool was.. lmao. didn't realize how big it was on google maps (satellite).

wasn't too excited about a pool initially, but now I kind of am.. seems relaxing, could have fun with the dogs there, could do pool workouts etc. will have to train my dogs how to get out of it properly, only thing that slightly worries me about it. but they won't go in on there own. regardless, if they fall in, need them to go to the spot to get out. Trained james to do that in our small backyard pool.

also has a bigger section of yard than my current back yard, for throwing dog toys. probably 2x/the size of where i'm staying now (formerly my mom's house, but now my dad's house). will eventually be my house most likely, but not thinking about that.

being there during the sunset was a good idea.. all the foresty sounds came to life, with a good sunset that u could see through the trees.

kinda cool.

if i move aggressively, could be in there Aug 1. :ninja: :ninja: :ninja: :ninja: :ninja:
