bringing back high rep BW walking lunges, i'll probably do 400 total tonight, plan on dunking big friday, shouldn't get too sore from them.. i've been wanting to do them for a long time now, time to get back into it & have my legs stronger than ever.

can't wait.

Sounds a bit like the V-diet, may I ask how long you've been doing this?

well the protein shakes & one meal, like maybe 1.5-2 months.. prior to that i didn't have any protein supplements so i just drank too much milk, and i was eating more stir fry's etc.. ya so somewhere around 1.5 months i think.. come to think of it i've gone from 155 to 148 kind of quick considering i'm already very light, by eating this way..

my stomach has shrunk, i don't get really intense food cravings anymore, or sugar cravings.. so insulin/apatite is finally under control.

peace!

There was one guy, adarqui I think his username, that said that. I think he used "shredded" instead of "cut" but that'd do.

i've removed awesome from my vocab, but shredded is still there.

And you remember the Ziani stuff when he said he eats one meal per day... (and then there were people that told they asked him and he said he never said that so whatever).

nope didn't know about the ziani thing.. all i knew was people claim he stretches 4-5 hours a day or something.

man yall cracking me up.

To quote from somebody:

"Get cut"
"Get ripped"
"Get awesome".

I guess that's why the knife was there, to get "cut".

who wrote that.......... i try not to say 'awesome' anymore, because maroko says it.

what the hell? How did you become so ripped? Diet??

ya mostly diet.. i basically eat one meal (big cheeseburger or egg sandwhich) a day and drink 4 protein shakes (16 oz milk/24g protein), 5 days out of the week, the other two is 4 prot shakes + really big meals (philly cheese steak + fries + ice cream, and pizza + ice cream).. sometimes i'll throw in some extra ramen noodles if i'm feeling shitty.

that's basically it.. just that & training.

peace man

KNEELING POWER CLEANS
KNEELING SNATCH

I've read the book these two lifts/jumps came from...i think I remember them being prep exercises for the snatch and C&J, nothing more than that. typical America for you though, lets find something odd/new (which isn't new at all) endorse the hell out of it and take the industry by strom

and why just extend at the hips and not the knee and ankle like most jumping?

ya, that's exactly what they were used for.. just a progression for learning the oly's, now look, they are utilized in every 'performance gym' around the US.. all they do is waste time, unless it's part of an oly learning progression.

that 45 year old housewife should do some kneeling oly's, you should suggest that to your instructor.. haha

fatigue = high as f**k

workout #1: dunks
- just did dribble ups, missed everything but had a bunch of 32-33's off dribble.. was throwing them down hard

workout #2: glute bridges/calf raises
- gb 100, gb 130, cr 50, db 130, cr 50

i need to put together a portfolio for my zoolander modeling career:

whatever, least the lighting was cool.

Yeah it would really be interesting if you put your mind into getting a 50 inch RVJ... (I won't even talk about a "kingfish 40 inch SVJ".

dont diss kingfish breh, he's dedicated to SVJ.

Yes. Right hip is buggin and left knee tweaked during the jump squats but this workout felt very good.

neutral focus
SH:SP:SR:SH:SP:SR:SH:SP:SR:SH:SP:SR:

power focus
SH:SP:SP:SR:SR:SH:SP:SP:SR:SR:
speed/reactivity focus
SP:SR:SR:SR:STIM:TEST

warm up
shoot hoops -- hot and cold
core stretches fast

work
tuck jumps x10
pogos 2x10
15y sprint x4
1-step jump x15*

REA squat 2x3x95
jump squat 3x3x95
squat 3x2x285 -- first rep was awful but rest were pretty good
OHP 3x5x95 -- super light but hadn't done these in a while, so
chin 3x10
core circuit x3, no rest between exercises, 60s between sets
--Pallof press x10x80/ea
--crunch x18x45
--leg lower x12

cool down -- took about 35 minutes, felt great
foam roll
stretch

*These felt as good as jumps have felt for me. Was consistently hitting 30-30.5, when last workout I think I might have hit 30 once. I was just amped for them at the beginning and got a knuckle on the rim on my first jump. I think the sprints helped with that. Dropoff was pretty clear after about the 12th jump, but that's okay. Will get better as work capacity improves.

nice jumping man! good stuff

hope nothing is up with your hip/knee.

8:30:00 Ironman

GO GET IT.

i'm lying down on the couch right now thinking about doing a windmill with head at rim level..

noooo  how about legit 50 inch RVJ  status instead..

ya i'm kind of siding with bball2020 on this one :)
