- Bunch of low&mid effort warmup jumps.

1x4 full runup DLRVJs : 32-31-31-31 ( meh , dropoff? )

NOTES :
- SVJ = 26'' , dropstep = 30'' , WTF?
- 2-step jumps steady at 32'' , but 1-step jumps felt better although i got 32'' only one time.
- Full runup felt good and fluid , but i also got 32'' in only 1 jump , average height equal to 1-step , WTF?
Sounds a bit like the V-diet, may I ask how long you've been doing this?
There was one guy, adarqui I think his username, that said that. I think he used "shredded" instead of "cut" but that'd do.
And you remember the Ziani stuff when he said he eats one meal per day... (and then there were people that told they asked him and he said he never said that so whatever).
To quote from somebody:
"Get cut"
"Get ripped"
"Get awesome".
I guess that's why the knife was there, to get "cut".
what the hell? How did you become so ripped? Diet??
QuoteKNEELING POWER CLEANS
KNEELING SNATCH
I've read the book these two lifts/jumps came from...i think I remember them being prep exercises for the snatch and C&J, nothing more than that. typical America for you though, lets find something odd/new (which isn't new at all) endorse the hell out of it and take the industry by strom
and why just extend at the hips and not the knee and ankle like most jumping?

Yeah it would really be interesting if you put your mind into getting a 50 inch RVJ... (I won't even talk about a "kingfish 40 inch SVJ".
Yes. Right hip is buggin and left knee tweaked during the jump squats but this workout felt very good.

*These felt as good as jumps have felt for me. Was consistently hitting 30-30.5, when last workout I think I might have hit 30 once. I was just amped for them at the beginning and got a knuckle on the rim on my first jump. I think the sprints helped with that. Dropoff was pretty clear after about the 12th jump, but that's okay. Will get better as work capacity improves.
bodyweight: 235! I can explain I went to my grandmas house sunday and had lots of meat lazanya and pb choc chip cookies, lol and cake....yes I am a fat fox lol
courts were empty today, so had to go get in some jumps haha.
at the high rim, only got 1 inch above once. thing was, it felt easy, but after i tried to repeat it, i wasnt able to do so.
haha, gonna go for more jumping sessions and see how it goes.
I'm a subscriber to AdarQTV for a while now, just don't post on this forum because I use Vertfreak101 a little more.
