more rest. lots of house stuff to do.. was kind of exercise-ish.

on a good note.. did a major dog groom. haven't done one like that since before i got injured. holding those positions while trimming my pups was a problem, couldn't do it when the injury was in full force. today i didn't feel any issues in the injury areas - which is a great sign. i felt some stuff occasionally throughout the day, but not while doing this "bent over dog trimming" position i normally do, which causes pain in the injured areas, but not tonight..

and it took ~1.5 hours. it's a real mess lmao. got it done tho and they look pretty good. will re-evaluate tmw :D

up way too late. fu*k.

08/08/2019:
- morning bw: 146

dinner:
- brown rice + saute'd jalalpenos in spanish oil + salt/lemon
- glass of milk.
- all i had left. hah.
- such a simple meal but it was great.

house stuff:
- got some micro fiber towels & glass cleaner, then cleaned several of my big windows, trying to get them spotless. got them pretty good but need to figure out some tricks to do it 100% streak free jajaja.
- also did my car windows while i was at it.
- hosed off the porch floor and the entire pool deck. lots of little seed-ish things that have fallen from pine trees over the years. i'll need to get a portable high powered vacuum tho.. need to get one asap so i can slowly eliminate all of these little particles that have accumulated and stick around in various spots.
- dog groom: 1.5 hours. that was rough. back/legs feel great. back/shoulders are also a bit fatigued from it. jaja.
- broomed a bunch of stuff. just not efficient tho. need some technology (vacuum). i need to be able to clean the entire house/pool deck/porch in minutes. will find a good one soon, maybe this weekend.

back area behind the link fence. stuff from those pine trees somehow gets in the yard, wind blows it in during storms etc.

^^ some random dog hanging out lool. James fetching non stop vv

(^^ b4 the groom. nappy. :ninja:)

rest!

legs pretty sore. injury area actually feeling pretty good. soreness might be hiding the injury pain tho.

new section, house stuff!

08/04/2019:
- morning bw: 147

dinner:
- cookies & cream milkshake

house stuff:
- finally got *everything* put away, into some kind of "area" (closet/shelf/etc).
- this allowed me to swiffer the entire house, lmao
- i'm such a clean freak now.. have been for like 6 months or more. it's odd.. i find myself cleaning things i'd have never noticed before.
- swiffering everything felt good.
- need to get a few pieces of furniture soon. mostly, something to set my tv on, perhaps a beanbag chair, and a table with some comfortable chairs for the porch.
- might get some of that this weekend when my aunt comes over. she's staying the for 3 days.
- i might need to get her an air mattress tho........ lol. need to fig that out asap.

saw one of these today.. actually pretty cool. pretty pricey but also looked really good in person.

https://www.meural.com/shop/canvas-27/leonora-black

you can put your own photos on it, and it looks really clean (photo/painting-like), not just like a normal display.

wonder how much energy it uses.. lol.

will look into that more. pretty cool.

sliced my finger with a box cutter today. didn't stop bleeding for like 30 min. eeeh! i'm such a dumb ass. before i used it, i told myself, DO NOT CUT YOURSELF BE EXTRA CAREFUL.. 30s later.. slit. It's alot better now, pretty big slit across the top of my left index finger. lame.

mulch trail park is awesome to run in. also did some pullups/dips there.

04:30 PM: light: 58 min w/ some pullups/dips mixed in ::: (mulch trail in a forest-ish natural area !!!) /// this park is awesome
- https://www.strava.com/activities/2591549399
- fasted ehehe
- did a few strides, best pace ~5:40 but my gps seems a bit wonky at this park, canopy of trees :D i dont mind tho.. i'll take canopy of trees over accurate GPS any day. love this park.

wanted to do a pool workout but it was hurting my finger... eh.

also some other stuff.

some cake i had friday at work, for someone's not-birthday (inaccurate birthday entered into the payroll system hah):

what it looked like when i was throwing dog toys from the pool yesterday, in the rain. was fun:

stir fry'n stuff last night:

using my new cutting board today - really thin, i like it much better than the big bulky cutting boards:

an orchid i attached to the fence today .. was bloomed pre-move. now they all died. maybe a bad sign :< hopefully i'll be able to take another photo of it blooming in some good sunlight. i'd be really pissed if this thing somehow dies. love this orchid:

run.

found a great park. kinda small but, it's a "forest" with mulch trails.. so doesn't matter how small it is, you can just keep running forever. will hopefully make good use of that eventually. :ibrunning: :wowthatwasnutswtf:

had a nice run. injury area felt shitty afterwards. messed w/ it a bit too eh.
