« on: August 20, 2019, 11:23:24 pm »Sigh. Had to take a week off due to some crazy work scheduling/these stupid headaches/family duties. That said....my L knee pain came back somewhat. Dropped weights and spent a few days doing rehab circuits and it seems better now. So tonight it's back to the weights. I did check my FS and conventional deadlift on Saturday after a short warmup. 295 FS and 405 dead moved easily with no sleeves/wraps/belt. Sound sgood but my weight is still a fat ass 195lbs. Time to add some sprinting cardio to the end of workouts I REALLY wanna be back around 185.
Goal: lose 10lbs by Thanksgiving. Nice slow cut to maintain strength I hope.
Keep grinding yall
-10 lb by thanksgiving, +10 lb the day after thanksgiving. :<
