Did a little bit of jumping today just because it was nice out and I wanted to see what my vert was like with fatigue and soreness from session 1.
I was still getting up really good, hand over the rim easily, grabbing with two hands easily, tennis ball dunk from vert easily. So I would say I was 29-30 and 34-35 which I'm really happy with.
Kept jumps to a minimum so I'm still gonna do session 2 later.
Can't wait until I peak again after session 3, I'm for sure gonna put out another video but can't decide what yet... dunks on 9'8, go for vertec pr's, or.... 10' dunk attempts. I'll probably do one then rest back up a day or two and do another one.
just got your text, how was session 2? good thing about the jumps, odd about the squats (based on your text).

Yea well those jumps earlier in the day were good but session 2 sucked. They were about 7-8 hours apart. I only took about 12 jumps in the earlier session so either I took too many and that's why session 2 was weak or I didn't do enough to recover in between. Probably both because I didn't eat a full meal in between those, just protein shake and a few bananas. I also played tennis for about an hour right before the first jump session.

Session 2
Dynamic warmup, sprint warmup
Sprints
About 12 jumps total - vert 28" (didn't get any higher after first jump) 2 step - 30.5" - felt weak, I know I can get up higher than that. Did 2 rvj's just to see what they felt like- had that collapsing feeling, something was definitely wrong.

Pretty obvious my CNS was toast and I was fatigued. Still happy that I jumped good earlier in the day though.
