bw = 154
soreness = 0
aches/injuries = lower back felt good wtf, nice
fatigue = low
diet = protein shake + 2 tspn coffee, dunks/jumps + protein shake, protein shake, cheeseburger + tons of green beans + broccoli stalks, protein shake + squatting, protein shake, PB burrito

workout #1: jumps/dunks
- landed like 15+ dunks, 35 or so max jumps
- court was slippery, had to go find a mop and clean up my court i was dunking on, after i cleaned it, it was alot better, but the outskirts were slippery.. i made sure my runup path was nice and grippy though, wet mop ftw.

workout #2: srs strenf.
- squat: 45 @ 3 x 10,   135 @ 5,    185 @ 5,   225 @ 5,    245 @ 5,      265 @ 5,     275 @ 5,     285 @ 5,      255 @ 10, 10, 10, 10, 10,
- hamstrings cramping on the lats 2 sets of 255 @ 5 x 10
- depth on everything was real good, 285 possibly was a little higher than the 275 etc.. regardless, got it all on video.
- legs felt so strong it was ridiculous.
- felt it in back slightly every time i unracked the weight, but it was fine after that.. not nearly as bad as it's been in the last few weeks though.

check these vids, they look like they are sped up imo.. my runup speed and movements look so fast, maybe im just out of it.

makes:

i actually like this video alot better than the makes, check some of these misses out, very rugged misses..

will upload squat video later tomorrow, can't deal with the vid editing process at the moment, had an annoying day with youtube, wasted alot of time.

want to dunk sunday, i'm in a bind for time though, can't leave my grandpa alone, might take him with me, LOL.

peace

impressive, but ridiculously-retarded.

new squat stim:

while naked outside, after unracking the new PR weight, someone unleashes the mosquitos/bee swarm right as you you hit depth.

level-7.

yeah, it looked kinda awkward my senior year, i had to do the mile one time and i was 195lbs...pretty lean i might add haha and i was running against kids 130-140lbs, i beat 1 of them and i ran a 5:45-5:50...at least the girls didnt beat me

nice

but yeah today i just worked out.

grappling last night was good and bad, i hate wrestlers and i hate grappling noobs cuz they get in 1 position and keep that position no matter what cuz they dont know what else to do.

but first 2 minute match- 30 seconds in he turned his back i got a rear naked choke
                            another 20 seconds or so later we restarted....got him in a knee bar.
                            last seconds of the round i got another choke

second 2 minute match- not a whole lot went on, he got offered a chance to wrestle with the olympic team back in the day so he just wrestled since he doesnt know jitsu, its hard doing stuff to dead weight pretty much

third 2 minute match- got the key lock in half guard, sweep into electric chair..tapped him out
                                   second submission, took his back...cowboy armbar
                                   last submission- wicked Gogoplata (normal gogoplata but move your free leg opposite side of opponents head, lock it in, u have gogoplata+armbar

you ever gonna naga or anything?

why the jumps at home, cause of weather?

pc

Nah , the weather is unnaturally warm and dry here. Jumps@home = too much work / too little time.

ah.. sucks :/
