There is a possibility that christian coleman might not make it to the world athletics championship, because he has missed 3 drug tests, not notifying them where he would be for them to carry out the tests. which has a year ban I think.

He is appealing but we'll see what happens.

ya i heard. sketchy.

coleman bugs me. hope he's not a cheat.

I wouldn’t suggest purchasing the Ontario Marine Raider Bowie as a tactical option due to its lack of speed when wielded, but if needed, you could always throw it in the general direction of the threat – the sheer weight will destroy everything in its path

lmao.

my new SP10 Marine Raider Bowie (combat/tactical/rescue) Knife.

it weighs 1.4 lb (that's HEAVY).

it's actually bigger than this pineapple, camera distortion in one of the photos.

i'm pretty sure i could pry open a manhole cover with it.

some quick photos:

checking in from the beach. did a bit of running -- one decently long run (11-12 km) and some shorter ones -- in california last week, along with some hiking in big sur. at the beach been playing tennis every day and swimming. good stuff. it's beautiful here.

nice!

from those photos on your ig, that spot on the beach looks solid.

watched a turtle nest hatch last night, 102 little loggerheads bursting out of the sand all at once and making a beeline for the ocean. absolutely incredible sight.

damn that's awesome.

i saw some when i was a kid but i barely remember them, but i love turtles so i imagine it has something to do with it

nice (florida specific) growing info on their site too!

fleet farming .. something that goes on in FL !

you can donate your yard to be farmed out (also paying a small fee for their initial supplies). they'll come in, transform your yard. then maintain it. really cool.

Im growing hot peppers at my balcony, many different breeds. This year i added cherry-tomatoes. All in pots, if you learn the basics its super easy.

awesome. how many variations do you have? also how often do they produce peppers?

i'm most interested in peppers, i eat them with every meal hah.

I see yet another adarq-skwad forming. Or should i say farming?  :P

 :highfive:

jajaja. i like it. sounds like you should lead this farm squad.. :ninja:

i might get a few things this weekend!

my brother has a plot in a community garden near his place in connecticut. he brought down some of his hot peppers to the beach this week and we've been throwing them in different stuff, for example his gf made mango salsa with jalapeño yesterday that is good as hell.

awesome! that salsa you mentioned is making me hungry af. could crush some blue corn chips in some spicy mango salsa right now.

my boss has done that a few times and i'm always impressed by the quality of the home grown veggies. really makes you want to get into it. his mom once brought down some hot peppers and i crushed a ton of them with crackers and cheese, was so good. i remember it well because they were so good.

reminds me of what you just mentioned.

something my gf and i have been talking about doing in the UK. even if we don't have enough space in our place (likely), we could join a community garden. very good plan.

pretty cool man.

you look around yet? some good ones near by?

ironically, i checked one out today. Boca Raton Community Garden has a decent sized lot, but surprised that there's not more growing there. I think Coral Springs had a smaller lot with much more growing there. Lots of plant hippies in coral springs, it's cool.

i might get some simple stuff this weekend just to get started :ninja: :ninja: :ninja:

pc!

bw = 146ish the last few days.

injury area feeling a bit better the last few days. the standing single leg yard work stuff really hit it hard. was kind of like single leg deadlift holds hehe. the fast run also loosened it up a bit.
