The job is 1hr Journey, so when I do finish I will be back by 6pm. So I will be able to workout and it closes at around 8pm. Since I am doing labourers job, I hope my energy is not diminished and therefore not put max effort into my workout. Stand most of the day, so legs will get tired. But I guess this is my only option.

Today, I only had 3-4 hours sleep. I sleep at around 12am. Wake up at 4:30am.

So I guess the restriction is in my head as I prefer mornings and this would be strange and would be maybe difficult after a tiring long days work.

thanks adarq and LBSS.

I know that some of you have jobs on here and have the same struggle of balancing work and workout and some manage nicely as their work doesn't interfere.

But I would like to start this thread and find the most effective method of getting an effective workout when you are working 7am-5pm Mon - Fri and can only fit in one workout session a week.

As I do 2 days a week, the upcoming job will require 7am-5pm. So I can not do track workout effectively enough.

This has to be the main reason people aren't getting an effective workout.

Any suggestions?

lol at the intruder and the commentators thinking that he probably confused him (jermall charlo) for jermell charlo.

But they fought well especiall jermall, tall, powerfull.

Erislandy lara fight was slow at the beginning but towards the middle and end it started to pick up, lara i always liked his boxing style, it is very good, vanes martirosian was active but most of them blocked, funny at how the shot taken as low blow and the one that was parried low, It would have been closer but lara still would have won it. Funny boating at the end.

It was silly during the first jermell charlo fight why the guy would turn and try to fix his mouth guard during the fight.

I don't think canelo will give him rematch, it will probably a long a boring fight, because lara depends on pot shots and counter else they both will wait alot of times.

Why doesn't lara try ggg for a change.

Canelo also decided to vacate the WBC title because "I will not be forced into the ring by artificial deadlines."

Or maybe soon.

As far as finding connection between mo farah and mutaz barshim. Find the common connection and train that area.

What are the practical implications?

Since the correlations between this horizontal jumping test and distance running ability were very good, and since previous research has shown that both resistance training and plyometric training can improve running economy, it seems appropriate to include a small amount of horizontal and vertical jump training in distance running routines.

Care should be taken to use very low volumes of plyometric training 1 – 2 times per week, as this mode of training can be difficult to recover from. The high levels of force involved and the significant eccentric component can lead to fatigue as well as muscle damage and soreness. Ideally, an athlete would begin with minimal volumes.

You weigh the same as I do on average, which is at 67.5kg+

Had to miss workout again, as the pain keeps regenerating everytime i wake up and it settles later into the day, its under the shoulder blade muscle, i think the latisimus dorsi but the back part. it pains when stretched or when straighting my arm and bring my hand down to my hips

9000?! So I have 7000 negs?!

Speaking of weed (I don't know what 420 means):

/\ Lol, I wondered what would happen to the magician, a strip search  :ninja:

Same here, I was also wondering whats the connection between 420 and weed.

Day after the last workout, when I woke up there was a pain on the back next to the shoulder blades between shoulder blades and spine, its the muscle in that area that stretches when you bring your left arm straight forward and keeping it straight you bring your hands to your hips i.e. a stretch. It is still a little sore when i stretch it like that.
