damn wtf i just realised in 3 weeks u went from MSEM squats with 255*15 gettin u toasted to doing 5*20 with 245

I MEAN SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK

lol, ya i plan on listing it out in a nice linear format by date to show the progress.. just too busy lately to do it.. i need to improve my 315 x 5 and 245 @ 5 x 20, that session was brutal.

Quote
any chance u can post a long term plan from when u started?

ya gonna do that eventually, starting with november ;)

Quote
and how can u increase the font? :D

just the A with the up and down arrow next to it, it'll list it as size 10, just make it more like 20 or 40 etc.

pc djoe

How do you get that...?

I mean, it's the same thing as tonsils infection (since they're also parts of the lymphatic system) just in another part of the body/different node?

nah it's way diff.. dno how i got it, doc said i must have touched something then touched my armpit but that doesn't make much sense.. odd

u should have a medical check out, that thingy could get bigger and bigger..

ya i did, im on antibiotics and the doc stabbed it lol.

Also, why is that when you jump your feet move back? When I jump my legs stay straight and some times they even move forward.

what you mean by that? move my feet back?

this

ahhh... ya i have no idea why i do that.

staph infection, got antibiotics, doctor punctured it/drained it a bit too.. that was painful lolol.

gey, so no jumping for 4-5 days or so i imagine.. tonight will be long distance walking with light sprints mixed in, probably.

pc

See? That's why I never go to the doc unless the earth falls or something. Why subject myself to pain needlessly? I mean really, give it some time and that's it. I don't need torture.

well staph can get very bad (you can actually die from it if it gets into the blood stream)... not going to the doc would have been retarded..

check out kevin randleman's armpit after letting staph go too long:

thanks for the above comments, hope it's nothing.. need to see a doctor today about ti though, unfortunately might not be able to get in.. it can wait until monday though i guess ;/ it's bugging me tho, i hate stuff like that.. if it was on my back/face or something i wouldn't be bugging, but it's right around lymph node area.

wow wtf^^ i wrote that.. odd

01/06/2011

bw = 157
soreness = nothing
aches/injuries = right ankle a little (odd), left armpit lump thing
fatigue = moderate
diet = prot shake, burger + sunchips, prot shake, training + prot shake, prot shake, 2 things of ramen noodles in soup + turkey & cheese

workout: strenf
- half sq: 45@4x10,135x5,185x5,235x5,255x5,275x5,295x5,
- half sq: 315x5,
- MEBM half sq: 245 @ 20, 20, 20, 20, 20

- calf raises: 50, 45, 50,

half squat depth was ok, my depth has been a little higher lately but whatever don't care.. glutes still dying.. last set of 20's was better depth, when im thinking about speed it's hard for me to hit depth, body wants to transition earlier

volume squatting was brutal.. but weight felt easy.. just was killing me mentally lol.. third set was HORRIBLE, died around 8, then had to fight for the rest.

peace

well somethingl ike wad joe says.

i think wad they were trying to say was ,, that if u strenghten your legs individually, the strength you can gain two legs movement will be more than strengthening both legs at the same time

well if anyone said that they would be extremely wrong..

training one limb only will lead to strength gains in the other limb, sure, it's a cross-learning effect.. how much you actually gain in the untrained limb, who knows.. but to strengthen movements that involve both legs at the same time, you need to overload movements that -------------> strengthen both legs at the same time.

yo man, with all that crazy volume that you do have you ever thought about taking a couple of extra rest days and test your jump?

well ya but im kinda in strength/hypertrophy mode right now.. need much bigger legs/glutes/squat so, not as interested in peaking anymore now that jan 1 is over.. ;/

It's a swollen lymph node dude...you've probably got some kind of infection that your body is fighting off. You won't always show other symptoms along side it...shouldn't be anything to worry about but if you're feeling sick/rundown that's what it is...

ya i feel fine ;/

check these pics, lancests thinks it could be staph, bludgeon thinks it could be just a boil.. but the area it's in (lymph area) makes it more dangerous imo.

no-armpit-homo :/

So that's Raptor singing?

yup!!

I'll move it after this one.  Hey! hey hey, hey.  I'll move it after this one, relax man.

That first dunk was my favorite, with the synching of the song.  Plus that nice agressive push at the end of the dunk.

hah thanks!

I joined TVS a while ago, but it seems a lot of the action is here. Currently in recovery and rehab mode. Great site, great members, and great information. I love it.  :highfive:

long time no see, sucks about the back injury damn.. was wondering where you disappeared to.

i assume you achieved your masters degree etc? What you doing now?

Appreciate the good words too man!
