Soreness: quads, glutes, hamstring - just slightly

Condition: Blazing hot, sunny, dry and humid. So I was loose and explosive during my warm up but then at the time of my first sprint, I had no energy left, felt unexplosive, it was basically a strength based run rather then a combination of strength and explosiveness.

Warm up
  same

Workout
60m sprints alt leg - started with right to avoid stress on my left hip
       R, L, R, L

  Activation and mobility stretches

  BSS /w 2 dumbell 0kg x 6, 15kg x 6, 30kg x 2 x 6

  SLRDL /w 2 dumbell 0kg x 6, 30kg x 2 x 6

  Sprint Arm Swings (seated) /w 5kg dumbell 2 x 20 total reps

Cool down
stretches - quad and hip stretch
  walk down hill

Comment
very hot weather, was happy to get in the gym where it was cooler with a huge fan. The runs felt no explosiveness due to lack of energy but am happy to start at 30kg weights in both lifts.

lol at video, but it is a wierd trend, you see people you never seen outside with phones, especially when they are in groups on their phones, you can assume they are prob playing pokemon go lmao.

but its very true the possibility acole mentioned, of releasing rare pokemons, then you will have collectors on the app, who will look or pay for a pikachu with a hat hah.

ye, I dont know the full story, but the anti-doping agency havent revealed the substance as far as i know that he was tested positive for.
:uhhhfacepalm:

Brock lesnar tested positive for a banned substance, but it was a few weeks before the fight, so they couldn't postpone it.

The video shows what 9.58 seconds feels like in regards to usain bolt's record and his training and life, but the narrator is michael johnson who states in the video at the beginning something like 'This is what 9.58 seconds feels like...' and therefore it is michael johnson who is showing what 9.58 seconds feels like rather than usain bolt.

Maybe i probably misused it at the wrong time or something :uhhhfacepalm:

Got to the track and it was being used by a school for their sports day, so I had to use the gym and decided to do light intensity workout to bring back up my intensity. Had to take care not to put pressure on my hips.

i did some sprint form drills in front of mirror, not runs but small skips. Then I did some light ankle hops.
I did some warm up stretches. Did lunges on platform but made sure that when i felt slight stretch on my left hip i would stop at that height and go back up. did:

                     Lunges on platforms: 0kg x 5, 10kg x 6, 20kg dumbells x 6

                     SLRDL: 0kg x 5, 20kg x 6

Seated Sprint Arm Swings: 5kg dumbells x 20 total reps

Stretch and went back home.

Usain Bolt Michael Johnson shows what 9.58 seconds feels like

Fixed! :P
But ye, I remember seeing that ad on tv, I like the way they show the different side of usain bolt as well as the training, competing such as the partying and just enjoying life.

Kell brook vs Gennady golovkin finalised for september at middleweight of 160lbs. Another ballsy from a boxer.
He is a good overall boxer, he has power, boxing skills but ggg will def be too much for him. but if he does pull it off, without holding and hitting like he did shawn porter, then he would have gained my respect.

Wow, i thought he left UFC because of some problems he had with his liver, from his last fight when he got kicked in the liver.
But I didn't he could recover from that, he is definitely a beast and strong.

WADA have stated regarding povetkin that the drug found in him, if it is less then 1 microgram then it is fine as the substance was added as prohibited recently, so he has been cleared of using a banned substance melodium i think. dont remember

Kell brook vs Gennady golovkin finalized for september 10 :wowthatwasnutswtf: another crazy news, twist in the tale, he was supposed to fight jessie vargas and eubank golovkin, but wow, kell brook has balls like khan did against canelo, but this is different.

:uhhhfacepalm: Raonic beat federrer. I really wanted to see federer in the final and win wimbledon again for the last time. But raonic deserves it. Murray vs raonic final is going to be interesting.

FRAAAANCE BEAAT GERMANNYYYY 2-0 :wowthatwasnutswtf:
Griezman the hero of the match.

The penalty was from a handball by schweintsteiger from a corner kick. He flew in leading with his hands.
When boateng was taken out, this gave france more advantage and the goal.

Now its a cruise to victory by france against portugal, which is not as difficut as germany, but anything can happen when ronaldo, nani are on the pitch.

I was justing going to write that, can't believe i missed this epic match.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBZ3R_KGeT0

Sam Querry is a really contender, powerful, but unfortunately he got beaten by milos i think. Now there is more chance of either murray, federrer and other greats to win.

ye, I watched the federer match, he was down 2 sets and then he came back to win, man that was some class from federer, he had to adjust his play style and pulled through, also muray vs tsonga that first set, set the tone for the rest of the match, tsonga really pulled everything out of the bag for that last sudden death set and murray pulled through and started winning sets.

Djokovic, i dont think will lose, he just beats everyone, when he puts his mind to it, he just wins, would love to see djokovic lose in the finals :P, nothing personal.
