i need to get out some shirts, thing is, i'll probably have to use one of those online-shirt services, so they'd be more expensive than i like.. so i dno yet.. but ya, i got to work on some designs.. i have some good ideas for the first 'line' of clothes :D

legs looking big!!! seems like most people on this site rival the greek measurements with lower body, but fail upper body.. interesting you know, we're such "leg training obsessed athletes".. and as jumpers, tons of excess upper bulk wouldn't be beneficial.

still a bit sick, shouldn't have stretched my toe after walk + light run.. the muscles underneath my toe are getting tight from the injury so i tried stretching it a little bit.. got painful a few times, then massaged it, felt better, then out of nowhere bam shit is throbbing.. weak

aches/injuries = left hamstring tendon a little, turf toe a little - much worse after i stretched it after walking + light interval sprints
fatigue = high (still sick)
diet = double chicken tariyaki stir fry, 1cupmilk protein shake + 1 banana, training, 1cupmilk protein shake + 1 banana, 1cupmilk protein shake + 1 banana


workout: walk + light sprint
- very light sprints/jogs mixed in, felt very sore, strong ankles though, strong hip extension


workout #2: pushups
- pushups in 30 minutes
- PU: 40, 25, 25, 25, 25, 25, 25, 20, 30,



hoping tomorrow to do some better reactive work (MR Half Tucks) and squat heavy.. we'll see though.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- DO NOT squat without heels elevated, used to heels elevated, too much sitting back aggravates back injury
- DO NOT deadlift aggravates back injury
- DO NOT overstretch quads, aggravates ankle injury
- as of 1/15/2011, don't do 325 x 5, instead, hit MSEM singles at 325+, stay 305-315 x 5+

CURRENT GOALS
01/11/2011: PROJECT SSR7, get down to 150 or less as soon as possible.. maintain 315 x 5 half squat strength + keep a set of 20 maintained (245-265), fix right ankle, more interval conditioning, don't neglect my necessary exercises

Can touch the rim but cant hold on to it. Im 5'10" without shoes with 92" reach. Maybe my age slowing me down? Do you think its still possible for me to dunk even on my age? thanks

it should be possible, 34 isn't old.. i can't say for sure though, i'd have to know bodyweight, body composition, injury history, lifts (squat etc), training history, and stuff like that.. ie the 'training questionnaire' we have on here, it gives us alot more insight..

if you aren't RIPPED, in excellent condition/fitness, and massively strong, then ya, it's still possible for you to dunk if you can get rim right now.

Because I'm 6' almost 6'1 tall, have a 6'4 almost 6'5 wingspan, and only have a 7'9 reach haha.

ya that's odd..

i have 95" (7'11) single arm reach and 73" (6'1) wingspan @ 6'1 in shoes.
